Sizes are all over
I ordered 4 t shirts all size 13 2 fit perfectly the other 2 not so good they are about 3 sizes to big .

Great Bag
It was easy to place an order on the Hype website. The lunch bag I ordered, has a cool design, the colours pop, the quality of the bag is outstanding. The size of the bag is also great and fits everything perfectly. The insulated cover is easy to clean.

Poor packaging
Poor packaging, parcel was broken and came with Royal Mail damaged packaging sealed. Many items missed from the order. There’s no response from the customer service

Not happy
The items are great but the packing of the item are not so good ordered two swim shorts for my grandsons one was folded the other just screwed up and not inside polythene bag I wasn’t to happy !!

I bought backpack for my daughters…
I bought backpack for my daughters birthday. Paid £4.99 for delivery. Backpack arrived faulty, logo was on the side, instead in the middle as shown on the website. Backpack looks weird. Have to pay £ 2.99 for return. I lost £8 ,very disappointed. I will never purchase anything again.

The best customer service I’ve had in a while!!!!
I had a parcel arrive with 3 bits missing (parcel was open ant the top, however I anm certain not anll items would hve fit in the bag annyway) and another completely stranded somewhere in the midlands. I contacted customer services as I was concerned about the missing items and stranded parcel and Becky was the representative to come to my aid. She has been truly amazing dealing with this for us and sent the stranded order out rather quickly, and opened an investigation with Royal Mail for that one. She then started to look at the missing items and messaged to see what I would like in place of a navy tracksuit set which was no longer in stock in the size I wanted. After checking what others they had available Becky has dispatched the 3 missing items today which will make my older 2 so very happy. As a mum of 5 with autism I buy a lot of clothing in several sizes as my kids will like something and then want it again and again when they outgrow them. Add to the fact they are 11 and 13 yrs old they are developing their own sense of style and I love that hype provide a wide variety for them to choose from. Thanks again Becky u have been more of a life saver than u realise and I can’t recommend urself enough. Ps hype please do more green styles for girls my 11yr old loves green especially lime green 🙈❤️

It's the second rucksack we've bought…
It's the second rucksack we've bought for our granddaughters. The first one we bought was 3 years ago when the first granddaughter was 8 and has since put up with all the trials and tribulations of primary school. Good value and plenty of choice.

Poor experience ordering first time
Poor experience ordering first time. Chosen a faster delivery option but still waiting for the product after 7 days. The tracking number does not show any update after the dispatch. Reached out for help on multiple channels i.e. chat, Twitter, email but fail to get a response. So overall a poor customer experience.
