My tip is avoid this web site like the plague. They offer you a flight for a fixed price. When you try and book it miraculously these flights are not available and the one I was trying to book was now 70% more expensive.

I booked flights with Look Best Fare going from London Heathrow to Wellington NZ this December (2024) over Christmas & New Year and had a great experience. I've made my booking in April which is a bit late in the year for "cheap" flights to NZ with decent flight times. After scouring the internet on different flight comparison sites the cheapest site by far was a company I hadn't heard of before: 'Look Best Fare'. Their prices were much lower than others so I was pretty skeptical and thought it must be too good to be true. I ran a couple of searches to check if it was a legitimate website. The online feedback showed it is legitimate website and has ATOL protection (I have since found out that the ATOL protection comes from the parent site), however, there were a number of people on forums who had some pretty negative reviews. I decided to try Look Best Fare regardless of the negative reviews just to hear what they had to say on the phone. I went into the phone call feeling quite cagey, but Daniel at 'Look Best Fare' was completely transparent throughout the entire process. He went through all the different flight options with me and went away and called me back 15mins after our initial call whilst he searched the best deal for me and the requirements I had given him. I think he could tell I wasn't feeling all that positive from the outset and sent me my airline booking details and reference numbers etc prior to me making payment so that I could check everything out for myself. I can honestly say I had a really great booking experience with Look Best Fare and thanks to Daniel I have come away with flights over £800 cheaper than I would have got them elsewhere. Will definitely be booking with them again.

I recently dealt with Evelyn. Apart from the lovely telephone manner she was very helpful. I had an issue that had arisen with the booking and needed resolving which she managed to do immediately and issue a full refund with no delay. Thank you for the great service.

I contacted Look Best Fare regarding a visit to family members in New Zealand. Daniel called me back, from a call centre in India.
Daniel was courteous, professional, patient and efficient. He booked flights that fitted my schedule and itinerary. I was somewhat alarmed when I read some of the negative reviews, but was reassured by the fact that Travel Hub (the parent company) are ATOL registered.
Daniel has provided excellent customer service, and so far I have no grounds for concern.

The travel agents were with us every step of the way ensuring we got the right tickets and they kept in contact and fulfilled their promise in a timely manner, I believe they also took a loss to accommodate our requirements and we recieved our ticketswithin 24 hours even though we made a few mistakes regarding baggage requirements and transport which they also were able to accommodate. I believe they worked extremely hard and I am most grateful for their support and kindness.

Given a 1* is just to much. Everyone in the whole wide world please I am begging you not to book anything with these people....once you have booked your dates for your vacation on their website they will call you and tell you they have a problem with your returning date....they will tell you there is something wrong with the airline seats saying it's not available and get you to travel on a different date where they will charge you triple the price. I spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get back my money I booked a premium seat and ending up getting a economy classic seat for triple the price because they was going to take £800 for cancellation fee...

These people are seriously con artist and tell all kinds of lies about everything is non refundable they don't even process buying your tickets until after 24hrs and make up every solid excuse not to give you your money back....your tickets will cost 3 times of what the airline is actually charging.....everyone stay away from this scamming company their company address in london is non existent I just wish I NEVER use these people.... even their names are ridiculous...have you ever heard of an Indian man or woman by the names of Everlyn and Aaron😳😳😳 that tells you how dishonest they really are....NEVER BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY OR FLIGHTS WITH 'PRICE N FLY WEBSITE' THERE ARE OTHER TRAVEL AGENCY'S ON THERE DOING THE SAME THING RIPPING PEOPLE OFF MASSIVELY

TOTAL UTTER SCAM !!!! TOOK MY MONEY AND THEY NEVER BOOKED MY FLIGHTS - NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND !!!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE NOT A REAL TRAVEL AGENT, THEY ARE THERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.
This company is criminal and completely dishonest. They operate on a total scamming basis. None of the flights advertised on their website are actually available for the prices listed. I was looking on sky scanner which then led me to Lookbestfare as they were offering the lowest price. The flight I booked was on Qatar airways and as soon as I booked, I was contacted to say that that the flight didn't have luggage included and I would need to pay 300 pound extra. So I said I will take hand luggage only. I was then called back to be told that the flight I wanted was completely booked out although it was still available on the Qatar website. They made up a rubbish story to say that I had been put on a waitlist then tried to offer other flights on budget airlines or with three separate layovers for a way higher price than the flight I had booked. I went back and forth on the phone with them all day long until eventually I had to request a refund. I filled out the request form and was told to wait 7-10 business days for it to appear. It has now been 6 weeks and no sign of the money. I have had multiple conversations with the company and they continue to make up lies and stories as to why the money is not there. They will not answer any phone calls so basically I have been scammed out of 825 pounds. I will now have to open an investigation with my bank to see if they can retrieve the money from the company. They should be criminally investigated.

Absolutely disgusting service and stole my money.

This company falsely advertised tickets that we not available. From London Gatwick to Phuket. We have been planning this holiday and our anniversary for weeks and booked tickets only to be told we are on the 'waiting list'. That if we cancel then we will be fined and that we have no check in luggage at all for a 10 nights holiday and 1 cabin bag, not only this that no meals were included in a 20 hours flight. They took over £2400 and now holding us ransom. Advised that Emirates would be the ones who are charging this fine and that we have to wait until the day of the flight to confirm any flights. If Emirates cannot confirm the booking then we will get a refund on the day of our flight. Meaning we have no flights and no way to book flights and likely will now lose over £5000 of a holiday!
No one in the company would help and Evelyn was no help and feeding us 3 different stories about the luggage, the flight tickets not being issues and on thie 'waiting list' and that it was a promotional offer and no guarantees of the flights being confirmed. Never on the website or even on the confirmation email does it state promotional price or no luggage or the fact that I have no flights and if I cancel and ask for a refund I will not get my money back and nor will I be able to book anything or go on holiday now.

Evelyn then proceeded to send me an email moments after asking me to consent to having none of the above and they will only then send the request for my ticket to emirates. What a complete scam. I will be reporting you company and your employees to the police and ombudsman to shut you down. This is disgusting and you should not be allowed to function as a business.

Also all the positive comments on here are from employess themselves and not real reviews. Just FYI for anyone that is ever going to book with these guys.
