Ohh my days ‘What A Day’ how fantastic was the service my daughter & I had on Sunday at Nottingham store from James & two ladies that were covering from Manchester store. James couldn’t do enough for us , Sara & Amayah we’re also super helpful & showed us both great techniques. We returned today Wednesday 28th July & James was in store again ,he is a real credit to your company. What a super star ⭐️. I only wish more companies had a James instore that made you feel welcome your whole visit . What a true asset you have in him . Thank you 😊

Avoid this brand!! Horrendous Service!!

For such a big brand, I am shocked how awful the service is!!

Online orders take three weeks to dispatch, and even then, you don’t get all the items.

There is no reply to emails. I have sent 11 emails and had one automated response. No replies to messages sent to Social Media. If you have any issue with your order, you will not be able to get your money back!! If you really want to purchase Morphe products then don’t buy them from their website. Although for me, the products are not that good that their service can be this shocking!! This is my third order, and all three have had issues, but the last one was an absolute joke. I won’t be returning again. Three strikes.

Horrible first experience

I placed an orderer on the 3rd of july. It was finally sent out the 15th of july. I’ve been following the tracking information and now all of a sudden my package is being returned to morphe for no reason. I contacted Hermes the company but they couldn’t do anything because it’s international shipping. So i contacted morphe and they have no idea why it’s returning to them. Now getting my money back but i won’t receive my items… horrible first experience with them

I even contacted them to ask if i could atill receive the ordered item to give them a second chance. Mabye by trying a second delivery. They never responded to me, it is now about 2 weeks later. This company is rude and ridiculous. Not worth the cheap prices

Never received my order

Never received my order a month later every time I rang up they told me it was being dispatched on that day but never was I asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait any longer and the woman on the phone hung up on me

Placed order on 7th

Placed order on 7th, tomorrow is 19th and still no tracking details provided even though on my receipt it said 2-4 days. The first time
I rung up and in first email they said it was delayed due to COVID which is unacceptable as everything I’ve
ordered elsewhere has arrived quickly. Second time they said it was delayed to a 70% sale. It’s not acceptable to run promotions and keep customers waiting this long- should be made aware of the shocking wait time prior to purchase
and not run promotions if they can’t keep up with them. Over the items I’ve purchased during Covid and during promotions I’ve never been kept waiting for 2 plus weeks. I think I should be entitled to a refund plus my items for poor service by now.

Worst customer service I've ever…

Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Ordered a gift well over two weeks ago and still nothing, although I was told 1/2 days for delivery. It was a gift, it's now late and not needed. I've emailed over 8 times, had one unhelpful response a week ago and was told to wait for shipping - heard nothing since.

My issue still isn't resolved and I doubt it will be. Don't order, not worth it.

I ordered over 3 weeks ago now with a 2-4 day lead time when I ordered, having been told it was lost in transit last week I was then asked to rate my experience. Still waiting for an email to say they have shipped me another set.

Still no order 12 days later

I placed a large order on the 3rd July. The order contained makeup I planned to give to friends as part of their birthday presents. It's now the 15th July, the birthdays are over & my ordered hasn't even been shipped. When I emailed customer service I was told due to COVID-19 orders were taking 10 days to process. However, there website clearly says "order processing is currently up to 5 business days"

It's just not acceptable. I placed an order in the height of COVID-19 last year & there wasn't an issue. Morphe are clearly using "COVID-19" as an excuse, there seems to be something else going on. There not being honest with paying customers.

Abysmal

I ordered a couple of items my other half's birthday. As I wanted them to be a surprise for her I used my workplace address for the delivery address. This has never been a problem in the past nor at any time during lockdown as the business is an essential hardware store that is allowed to remain open and has been so for 6 days a week (including bank holidays). Hermes' tracking two days after ordering displayed a status of "Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address". This seemed strange as the delivery address is a large business - with prominent signs outside - located just off a main road that receives deliveries from articulated lorries without issue.

Hermes' tracking then updated with an attempted delivery the next day; a Sunday which is the one day the business is closed. I tried to find some way of rearranging the delivery on Hermes' website and although I couldn't find any way to provide delivery instructions (not that any should have been needed) the tracking updated to indicate delivery would be attempted the following Tuesday between 11.00am and 3.00pm. That was fine; the business would be open then. However, the delivery slot came and went with no sign of Hermes. I checked Hermes' tracking which indicated the item was now being returned to the sender as they were unable to deliver on three occasions. I checked the business' CCTV and guess what...there was no sign of anyone trying to deliver anything during the specified delivery slot.

Exasperated, I sent an email to Morphe using the contact email address shown on their website. I still wanted the items; I just wanted Morphe to confirm that Hermes were definitely attempting to deliver to the address shown on their tracking. After receiving no reply from Morphe after two days I sent another email to Morphe. Another two days later and still no reply I checked my junk folder just in case their replies were being flagged as spam. Lo and behold there were two replies - not from anybody at Morphe but from their mail server which had bounced my messages back as the email address did not exist. I checked and yes, I had sent the messages to the exact email address shown on Morphe's website...

With my patience finally exhausted and with time running out to actually get some birthday presents in time I ordered alternative presents from elsewhere (which arrived without issue) and opened a case for non-receipt of the Morphe items with PayPal. Morphe did not respond to the case after a week so I escalated the case with PayPal and received my refund a few days later.

M441 brush destroyed on one simple wash

Bought a brush set and all fairly okay but M441 the firm blending fluff brush, washed once and its awful, nothing firm about it and splayed out in every direction :( I only really bought it for that as good value in the set compared to stand alone. My last order was also lost and although replaced I was left to feel it was my fault and had to wait. They did sort it so extra star for that

Quick and great value

Ordered from this brand online several times during lockdown. Each time, all products come beautifully packaged and this is honestly some of the fastest free shipping I have ever experienced. Great offers available on the website regularly, lovely products and product range, would highly recommend!

Worst client service ever

Worst client service ever,

Ordered 6 weeks ago, anything delivered.
I first wait for 3 week with no information, after contacting them they pretend to have made a mistake with the tracking number, i ask for a refund (the delay was already too long for me) but instead they have reshipped the package.
3 weeks later they admit to have lost the reshipped package, and ask again if i want a reshippment...
I had to ask a chargeback on paypal.
They don't pay attention to their customer, they don't listen them, for me this website is juste a scam
Order on amazon they have a way better client service

Worst make up brushes I have ever purchased...

Bought the set of James Charles make up brushes for my daughter and the ends are damaged, lost bristles and facing different directions. I contacted within 30 days and was told the brushes will go like that when washed, they are brand new and never been washed plus even still I’ve had brushes from other brands that have lasted years but these are the worst quality I’ve ever seen.
Never heard from customer services since, I won’t be wasting my money buying stuff from Morphe ever again!

So I ordered for my product on the 27th…

So I ordered for my product on the 27th of January 2021 and I still haven’t received my order, I have tried to contact your phone and there is no answer, sent you guys couple of emails and no response, So is this how it’s going to be Morphe, 2021 you guys should step up your game, by the way for my order, cancel it and I need my money back in my accounts right away.!!!!!, the last time i would be purchasing anything from you all, very very disappointed🤣

Great quality products and helpful customer services

I have been delighted with Morphe’s customer service and products. I love the quality of the eyeshadow palettes and brushes. The eyeshadows are highly pigmented and brushes are beautiful quality.
There was a minor issue with one delivery which was resolved immediately after emailing the customer service team. I’m genuinely surprised to see all the negative reviews.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service I have ever received. Waited for more than a month, wrote 5 emails with no response, spoke 3 times to customer service and at the end nobody managed to tell me why I still didn’t have my order. The people on the phone were rude, repeating again and again that they could cancel my order without even trying to fix the problem that was with their warehouse. I am so disappointed, I don’t recommend ordering anything from this brand.
