Sadly North Trampoline failed to deliver on the morning they scheduled, meaning that my son's birthday present did not arrive (he's only 3). I received no communication. I tried to call, no answer. I tried to message on instagram, no response. I emailed, no reply.
Incredibly disappointing customer service.

Fantastic company to deal with. Customer services were friendly and answered all my questions before purchase, kept me informed on delivery and the trampoline was easy to assemble and great quality. The jump games band wasn't on the delivery but I rang straight away and it was delivered the next day.Would highly recommend North Trampolines products.

We had a problem with the incorrect trampoline being delivered. North Trampolines service was excellent in terms of being able to remedy the situation. Great product aswell, don't hesitate to buy.

We’re late/delayed - but did not communicate this to me - leaving me to chase them up. They arrived the following day. Not the best performance there!

I was very nervous about buying a trampoline for my accident prone, boisterous children but I’m delighted with our North 8ft by 12ft Explorer oval. It’s amazing! The non zip entrance is perfect with younger siblings and the hidden springs are great too. We paid for the building service and it was worth every penny. The men were very polite and professional and made assembly look like child’s play. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this brand and product to others.

Great customer service from start to finish Stephanie kept us updated on progress and the couple who delivered and installed the trampoline were great. Would definitely recommend.

Had an issue with a couple of parts of my trampoline, but the team from North reacted immediately to resolve my issue and swap the parts within 3hrs of contacting them. They even drove across the country to meet me on a Friday afternoon to make the swap.

purchased a trampoline off the website , payed for them to assemble seeing as it was half price on website so I thought what a bargain at less then £100 . I chose delivery and assemble day they were very flexible 😃 a lovely man called Eugene arrived on his own and assembled the massive 14ft trampoline all by himself “in the pouring rain “ whilst my two little girls waited patiently for him to finish , he was lovely so polite lovely to speak to and had it put up in less then a hour . The trampoline it self is amazing so bouncy , the whole service from start to finish I received from north trampoline was 10 stars . Many thanks again . xx

Good delivery and communication throughout. Excellent trampoline, kids love it. Installed it myself, could of done with more detailed instructions but managed to work it at myself.

Brilliant trampoline. We bought the North Explorer 14ft Round, really pleased with the choice. Kids love the freebie ankle strap thing too which hooks up to an app. Very bouncy and sturdy as you would hope for the price, and at this level you expect a professional type of trampoline which is what it is. Regularly have myself and 3 kids bouncing on it with plenty of space.

We got the 14ft explorer trampoline with ladder. Absolutely brilliant. The built quality is a very high standard, north have really thought long and hard about what goes into building a premium trampoline, very easy to assemble and the bounce is the best I’ve experienced.

Trampoline great but there was damage to a zip on arrival (spotted by the install team) which means that one area is not secure in terms of separating the jump area from the springs. These things happen but they have only committed to sending a replacement section in 3 months!

Sorry for delay only put the trampoline up today, great product by the looks of it, Robust. We have a 13yr Autistic son and he literally wears trampolines! He loves jumping and we have no back garden anymore to accomodate, and he is in love with your's so thank you!

Product is really good. Sadly the experience was tainted by hectic and unrealistic delivery schedules ...The situation was resolved but I wouldn’t go through the sloppy delivery/ installation again - I think the delivery men are out under immense pressure to deliver/install and the team behind arranging this are to blame. The smooth marketing of the brand tricks you into believing the product is to be delivered & installed in a professional manner.... which is not the case

never anyone available to talk to. This may be because of the association with Capital Play? Capital play seem to have a confusing web set up where one web site is not UK and another is UK.
Trampoline arrived eventually. We were told that it would be here in a few days. We are in the highlands so that sounded great. Tuffnels, the preferred carrier by North, emailed us to say on its way and gave a date of delivery. This was followed up with a day and time window. This was missed and on checking tracking we saw that it had been delivered. This was not the case and North after chasing said it was delivered but to a second carrier in Inverness. That is the las we heard until last Saturday a van arrived with the Trampoline being three days late. As is is an on ground trampoline we had arranged for a digger and driver to be on site Friday, two days after promised delivery. That cost money and we now have to wait for a window in his schedule to return. We haven't even unpacked the trampoline yet.

Ordered with money taken 6/4 and haven’t heard a thing since. No contact. Nothing.
