Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered 3 items for store pickup. All in stock. You cancelled 2 of the items. Yet they all still show as in stock.
Tried again and paid for next day delivery this time.
Really, 3 separate items of jewellery and you just bundle them in plastic bags in a single tiny box. These were bought as gifts and it looks like they just fell off the back of a lorry. Totally unsuitable as gifts.
I won’t be buying from Pandora again!

Next day delivery-pointless
I paid for next day delivery because I needed the item the next day. I received an email saying it will now arrive tomorrow. I paid for next day delivery because I needed next day delivery. Impossible to contact anyone to sort this out and now I have no gift and no way of buying one. Not impressed. Why offer this service if they can’t deliver.
