customer service stinks . had proof goods wernt delivered was told over 2wks ago that get refund after getting case numbers of royal mail . you had money over mth and still no refund . under consumer act 2015 my contract was with you so my refund should be with pandora not nobody else

I went to store only to be informed that the bead I wanted was online only - the staff were great (Oxford store). Ordered in store for next day delivery but as it was Saturday that was fine to be delivered on Monday as needed for Tuesday morning (gift).
It didn’t arrive.
Pandora - what business model requires online only beads that are delivered by Amazon? Who am I going to give poor feedback to if you insist on using a provider that is not able to fulfill my order?
Bring it back to instore!!!
