Great tools ideal for DIY decent prices

Very fast delivery and simple order process.

I previously used high quality petrol powered steamers, hedge cutters etc
I recently purchased a pole hedge cutter that’s battery powered and I can honestly say, I was very surprised at how well it performed v my high quality petrol products.

I also purchased the high capacity battery and it lasted enough for me to work in my garden. I have extensive gardens over .4 acre full of hedges.

A bit troublesome trying to order online, also customer service telephone number was somewhat difficult to find. However, once I spoke to a lady, she placed the order for me , as she said they were experiencing Internet problems. I was impressed with how quickly the items were delivered and even more impressed with the lawnmower and strimmer performance. I would definitely recommend these items and had it not been for the initial problems, would have given a 5 star review without hesitation. I have quite a few Ryobi products and will be on the lookout for your next special offers. It's my go to brand whenever a new gadget is required. It drives my wife mad 😄

Very happy start to finish

I was told by a Ryobi agent before I purchased the hand vac that I could return it if it was not suitable. BBC did a programme that day on Morning Live which pointed out that fires that could occur with lithium ion batteries. A social media letter said that of the fires that have occurred two were lithium products. The hand vac has two lithium -ion batteries. I can also see that the it is made in Vietnam
So I wish to return it and get a refund.
So I filled out the returns form and sent it off. Jack one of the agents in the main telephone agency said they had received my return and would reply that afternoon. Needless to say I have not had a reply since (5 working days). It seems very clear that Ryobi just do not care about the customer and ignore their requests. Looking at other reviews I see that this has happened before quite regularly - making it very clear that RYOBI are only interested in sales and just ignore what they must see as "difficult customers". I shall be writing to the Daily Mirror where I saw the advert to tell them about it and suggest that they do not take adverts from Ryobi in their newspaper

The patio cleaner I purchased recently is great I'm so pleased with it it took half the time it usually takes to do the path and driveway.Great buy

May I suggest, Ryobi offers a choice of a second battery - the more so since this is a One + product?

Can't return an item for a refund
Purchased a reciprocating saw and not up to the job, decided to arrange a return, had to complete an online form and I called, no response 3 days later despite chasing, not arranging a return
Terrible service

I love my Ryobi patio cleaner, it's easy to put together and it does a brilliant job of getting rid of weeds and muck between the gaps.
