Easy to order and very easy to return items. I wasn’t sure on style so ordered four pairs of boots, and returned the three I decided against. No quibbles from Sparco Fashion UK, and I refunded within a week - and received prompt and friendly email support to assist along the way. I’d definitely buy through them again.

I Purchased a jacket in a promotional offer. Upon receipt the jacket was too small so I requested an exchange. I found it difficult to speak to someone and generally the communication poor. Lack of options to speak to someone and email reply’s took days. I found a return option on the website and sent back the coat free of charge which was good. I included a covering letter explaining the coat was too small and that I simply required a larger size.
About a week later I received a refund with no explanation? I contacted again via email questioning this and was advised (promptly this time) that as the coat was purchased under promotion I was able to exchange which was really disappointing. Most of my kit is Sparco, I associate them as a well established and quality brand. I am unsure if Sparco Fashion is Sparco direct or a separate company altogether but this experience has tarnished my opinion of the firm and I will certainly reconsider future purchases and look to other manufacturers I had previously discounted

recently purchased the Sparco Shelton high top trainers in the sale for £29.90 , at that price I thought I'd take a chance apparently normally nearly £90! , they don't disappoint, good quality and now wished I'd bagged a couple of different styles.

I’ve purchased a number of items from the site now and I’m super impressed with the quality thus far! I have used my trainers for example for both motorsport and fun days out with the family and they’re still like new.
Delivery was fast and the user experience on the website was good!

Good quality shoes but the I needed a size 10 instead of a size 9. I feel the sizes are small as I've never been a size 10! . One for the charity bin

Although I cannot fault the quality of the items I have purchased (2 pr trainers and bloomington jacket) I am not happy with their policies. The jacket I purchased was a large and at a real bargain price £30. On opening and trying the jacket on it was really tight. I therefore asked for an exchange to the XL. I was then told that this is not possible because of their promotion policy and I can only have a refund. Even though I stated my disappointment I couldn't obtain an exchange. Shame as I really liked the product.

Shipping is too long still not arrived and no tracking details, despite it saying you'd get some, at least with tracking I'd know it was still crawling along to the UK. Ordered evening of Saturday 30th March and it's Friday 12th April now, even for economy shipping that is ridiculous.

Reference the reply below why should I have to request a tracking number? It should be sent automatically, that way at least I'd know what is going on. Oh and by the way assuming the order was processed on the Monday it's already 10 working days

Post script... Be sure you use PayPal it's the only way you'll get your money back. I'm very suspicious about this company TBH but maybe I was just unlucky

Swift and accurate (international)delivery of genuinely good quality products - very happy.

Very happy with the quality and price of the products. My only issue is the lack of communication regarding dispatch and delivery. Could be a lot clearer compared with most other companies.

To of bought the wrong size and already of sent the item back with the correct exchange information and labels to receive an email saying that Sparco will only refund me and not infact exchange as previously told I would be able to is absolutely poor. Where before purchase did it state any supposed policy that you can not exchange a sale item at all as I have searched and can find no such notice Not only that the item I bought has now come off promotion and now 3 times the value at 90 plus pounds and I would have to pay this to get the item I wanted as a present. Disgusted and disappointed in what I believe mistakenly to be a good brand to buy from.

Excellent shoes, arrived promptly !

I bought a jacket in the sale. The description convinced me to choose a small, as the model was 6ft 2 and I am not! He wore a medium.
Despite there being both a small and medium on offer in the sale I went for the small. I returned the item hoping to have it exchanged for the medium but this didn't happen, nor was it offered. I got a refund which is fair enough, just a little disappointed.
