I’m really disappointed with the customer service solution offered by the store. I bought this new laptop in high hopes - it all worked fine. But I installed the new BIOS (404) and it turns out to have a loads of bugs - I couldn’t get my laptop to work after this. Asus technical support gave it a go with assisting me to rollback the BIOS - when that didn’t work I was advised to return to retailer. The retailer agreed to replace it but was unable to do so because it was out of stock - before I knew anything I had received a full refund but what I wanted to the old one to be formatted and returned or a replacement. Now I’m left no laptop and no idea when I’ll be able to see stock return. I believe a better solution would’ve been to have the laptop formatted by a technical team then returned to me. Was bit offered an explanation as to why this didn’t happen.

Laptop very fast; well made with great screen.
Easy to setup and rattled through Win10 & ASUS updates

Let down by poor sound - have had to purchase external speakers to get any worthwhile volume

Delivery was a bit of a disaster, (the laptop was 4 weeks late) wouldn't recommend buying from Asus UK if you need a laptop urgently.. however, the laptop is amazing, the best computer I've used.. far better than my Dell or HP

Having researched available laptops for gaming I landed here and I have to say I’m delighted with the product along with the competitive pricing and speed of delivery.

Shipping updates could have been better, but it arrived on time

Paid for 1-2 day delivery and arrived a week after i ordered it. Customer support was not very helpful and just said that there was a difficulty

No update after 4-5 days about delivery..(i called them to see whats going on)
Laptop (g15 ryzen9 gtx 3070 -2000£ ) came with no protection only the laptop box full of dents and marks (laptop was ok inside) but some of us want to keep boxes flawless...not verry happy

Helpfull staff - will use again

The story goes like that:I bought a phone from them in September 19, the phone was faulty so I contacted the customer support of Asus and they told me to do some magic "restarts on the phone" obviously the problem persist so I send the phone to the manufacturer for a repair. They change the WiFi module, camera and some other parts and they send it back, in my surprise they damage the screen, I contacted them again and I send it back to them to fix the screen now, they send it back as it was. After many phone calls, emails, hours and hours they told me to send the phone to the retailer (that apparently is not Asus and It is my obligation to know every company behind one website). The retailer they claimed the phone is out of warranty(October 20) and they can't do nothing about but instead they offered me to send the phone back to them and they can send it to the manufacturer (on my cost). I refuse to accept that "offer" because it was no point to spend money and time for something I could do for free. When I decide to go to ombudsman they provide me with false details so I can loose more time. After many calls and endless conversations I found the right details of the company and the right ombudsman. citizens advice they told me to proceed with the ombudsman as they were breaching my rights. I am waiting now for the ombudsman response and I hope to be positive so I can save time(small court can take ages). Avoid them at any cost, usually the positive feedbacks are the fake ones.

Great site, easy to compare and buy what I wanted. Flawless checkout and tracking.

First off let me say the customer service is excellent, they are helpful and quick to respond.

On the other hand I believe they are deliberately misleading customers into thinking they are purchasing from ASUS when they are not.

They say they make it clear by stating they are actually Laptop Outlet at the bottom of the page in tiny writing. At the same time the customer service email is ASUS Customer Service, their website is uk.store.asus.com, their customer service email address is cs@asusstore (even though the email I have been using to contact them is asus@shopretaildirect

They appear to be doing everything they can to convince customers they are purchasing from ASUS. Laptop Outlet have their own website, yet they have another here imitating a manufacturer.

I wrote this review after being informed by a third party about a delay in delivery (originally due in a few days), I had to contact them first to ask for clarification. This is after missing the item I wanted after I signed up two separate email addresses to their pre-order service, only to never receive them. As such by the time I saw the product was available it was out of stock.

As an additional note the payment options varied from day to day and CS couldn't provide method to the madness.

Since pre-ordering I've heard these new laptops posses the kind of cooling efficiency of a oven. All in all perhaps this was for the best.

A crying shame as they appear to have excellent specifications for the prices..
