Sneaky Auto-Renewal puts me at over $500 for one survey that was over a year ago. Customer service is wretched. The tools are functional, but there are better alternatives.

Had the app for about 2 months, after doing around 5 very indepth surveys my total earnings was $2.50. I just did another 5 minute survey for .50. After finishing the survey, they told me I didn't answer honestly, which I did answer correctly, and they weren't going to pay me that whopping .50 cent. It's a scam just to get your data for free. Stay away, far away from this scam app!

This app is a scam it use to be awesome. No surveys for 5 months.

Update: Ian rang me up and was able to get the surprise pause survey running and walk through the issues with the other survey. Great guy. Made. a crappy situation better.

Both of my surveys have been paused by the Audience team over the last few days. One was for bad qualification, and while trying to fix it, it was like pulling teeth. Im getting a single email from the Audience team a day, despite paying for 24/7 email support. Just now, my other survey was paused with 1) no email from the audience team and 2) justified as "high abandonment rate", despite 1 abandon.

SM Audience is already insanely expensive and with this abysmal support, We're going to switch. We've been building our own surveys with Claude, so we'll either move to Prolific or Pollfish while we centralize survey creation on our end.

I have done so many surveys, some lasting as long as 30 minutes, only to finish and NOT rewarded any points. I'm told this is a 3rd party issue. Well, if you have them on your site, you should be responsible. BE AWARE, you may or may not receive one single point for your time used on so many of these surveys that SurveyMonkey put out on their site.

Good service, but can get expensive quickly. Company is very responsive and looks for opportunities to effectively support small businesses.

They are being used for refund scams. I got an email targeted at New Zealand Spark customer, of which I am not a customer, claiming I was due a NZD $219.49 reimbursement. Sorry but Trustpilot does not allow link as proof.

So, for one, one of my assignments is to make a survey. Why on earth is the pricing so much for a person who is just using this to submit an assignment to learn how to make surveys? At least offer the first one free and if they were to make more than you can add a subscription because you know the person will be making more surveys. Unbelievable. I get everywhere is money hungry, but this can help students who are learning for their first try.

This company is a scam. I'm looking to lodge a complaint with further legal action against them. There is no prompt to accept any auto renew, they make is near impossible to cancel and the only notice you get from them about the renewal is the receipt with the transaction to your credit card. These are all against ACCC regulations and pretty clear wide spread. This is a clear tactic to steal money in the most scummy way.
