Pillow good but service was terrible. Waited 1.5 weeks for delivery and called for update to be told order had not processed and had to wait another 4 days. Then ordered a pillow case which never turned up, got in touch to be told it was lost in transit but out of stock and would take over a month to come in. Shambles

I had high hopes for this pillow but unfortunately it wasn’t for me! Much too firm for my painful neck 🙁 I returned it during the trial period and got a full refund. Can’t fault the service - free delivery and free returns so it cost me nothing to try it.

Pillowcase didn’t fit pillow making it bunch inside rendering it useless. Emailed customer services but just received a generic reply saying they were sorry I was not happy with it and to return it. The return process was easy but I would have preferred the correct pillow and pillowcase.

This pillow is just as high-quality as the more expensive, premium ones I’ve tried, but it’s a bit thicker. Both the 7 cm and 10 cm versions work well for me. Honestly, it’s a very good pillow—comfortable and well-made. Considering the price I paid, especially for a refurbished item, it was a great deal. I’m very happy with this purchase.
