Excited to try the Tempur pillow as my old dunlop pillow has given up, so needed to replace it.
We have a Tempur mattress so know how good they the product is.
Unfortunately after two weeks of trying it was not for me, too hard, and gave me neck and shoulder discomfort .
I was unaware you could exchange for a different pillow and try for 2 weeks, and return if unsuitable.

So pleased with my order of Firm Tempur mattresses. Ordering and delivery excellent.

Tempur are the most proven and in my opinion the best mattress company on the market. I have a Tempur mattress and my wife wanted to try one. Tempur arranged for a sleep trial. My wife liked the comfort and support but it wasn’t suitable for other reasons. Tempur are arranging collection and there was no question of an argument the whole process was as it should be.

Great quality product and very happy with our purchase

I love all the Tempur products. We have different pillows and our mattress is also from Tempur, and we love them all. There is only one problem with Tempur: when you start using them, you do not want to sleep anywhere else anymore. They are the best. Now my daughter’s family is sleeping on Tempur pillow and they love it too.

Very happy with the quality, expensive but worth it. Well packaged in recyclable materials.
Could do better keeping us informed on delivery details, as we had no idea when to expect the order, no updates and no response to emails asking for them!

Prompt and careful delivery. Polite delivery man carried the large box upstairs for us as we are quite aged people. Very grateful to
him for that as we would have struggled.

Without doubt, the best pillow out there!! I have tried them all. The Tempur memory foam is second to none, supportive but soft. I have severe neck issues but after a few nights sleep on a Tempur pillow, am now pain free. I am sleeping for far longer spells, rather than tossing and turning all night long. I have spent a fortune on many pillows in all price ranges, none of them bring the relief a Tempur pillow does. this one, though expensive, is priceless for the wonderful sleep I am now having.

I’ve bought a couple of pillows and a mattress from Tempur and have found their products excellent quality and their customer service to be of a very high standard. I’d definitely consider buying from them again

We have had a Tempur mattress for a few years but have only just bought a Tempur bedframe. What a difference it makes, we have had the best night sleep. Quick delivery, easy setup and looks amazing.

The outer cooling cover is considerably smaller than the actual pillow, and therefore there are deep creases and many folds within the filling, that are impossible to remove, making it most uncomfortable. Because of this the pillow has been forever consigned to the spare bedroom.

Best pillow I have ever brought for side & back sleeper. My neck doesn’t hurt my headaches are better & I get comfortable straight away. Definitely worth the money highly recommend A1*

Delivery team v helpful.product seems great so far shame about the time lag from order to delivery,Why?

The process was so easy, I tried which mattress I wanted, then was able to order with confidence. I was emailed a delivery date which was not convenient, so I replied to the email offering dates suitable to me, which was replied to within hours confirming a new date suitable to me, I was called an hour before delivery, where the delivery drivers took my mattress and accessories up stairs and onto my bed, taking away all the packaging. The whole experience was amazing. And the sleep is now so comfortable.

So efficient, such comfy mattresses

I suffer with chronic pain and have an upper body disability so I need a good mattress to help ease the daily aches and pains.

The Tempur ease 25cm definitely fits the bill and I noticed the difference it made almost immediately.

When you first lay down the mattress feels quite firm but within seconds you feel yourself sinking into the soft foam which makes it feel very supportive.

It's very comfortable for both side and back sleeping and I find myself waking up with less aches than before.

The price was double what I paid for my last mattress but you can see where the extra money goes and it feels like a good investment (we do spend 1/3 of our lives in bed after all).

The Harlington bedframe that I got with it feels solid and looks very inviting once the bed is made up. I find myself making excuses to stay in bed a little longer each morning.

The delivery guys were also great. The communications leading up to and on the delivery day were spot on. They were also very polite and respectful and did a good job of assembling the frame.

I've had the bed for almost 2 weeks now and I'm really glad I got it. I can't fault the service at all from start to finish.

If you're considering getting a Tempur ease I'd recommend you do it. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I bought two mattresses on-line direct from Tempur. The mattresses were in stock, but still took over three weeks from order to delivery. Immediately after the delivery, I noticed a problem with one of the items and contacted Tempur Customer Service, who were very responsive and arranged a replacement. The replacement was delivered two and a half weeks later. Overall, on my experience, I would say Customer Service: Very Good. Delivery: Could be better.

Customer service is simply awesome.
