I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the Tineco S6 – it’s an excellent piece of equipment, clearly crafted with care. The build quality and aesthetics stand out immediately, giving you a sense that you’re using a premium product.

Performance-wise, it has delivered outstanding results on both my LVT floors and tiles. Mopping has gone from being a chore to something I actually enjoy. Compared to my older Karcher FC3, the improvement is dramatic — not only in cleaning efficiency but also in overall usability.

It’s very convenient to use, especially when it comes to loading clean water and emptying the dirty tank. The machine handles water marks beautifully — no more worrying about streaks or damp patches.

Amazing floor cleaner

Tineco is a great hard floor cleaner. I have 4 cats and 3 dogs that come and go from the garden using a dog flap so my floor is constantly dirty. This saves so much time as it picks all the grit and dirt up as well as wash the floor. My husband did a paper towel test to see how much dirt was left and it was so juch cleaner than using a traditional mop and bucket. So quick and easy to use. Cleaning the floor is now a pleasure not a chore!

Poor Customer Support Team

I ordered the S3 by website on 9 Jun 2025 but no response until 15 Jun 2025, the team sent me a email and told me that out of stock of S3. They asked me if I can change the order to S5 or cancel the order. They offered me the price in £249.99 and I told them that I enrolled as member and asked them if I buy it in member price in £239.99. Also, I used extra discount when I bought S3, I asked them if I could use the extra discount as well. All questions were raised in the same day but they replied 1 question each day (3 questions for 3 days). I kept saying that I was happy to change my order from S3 to S5 and kept asking them what can I do. They said they can offer me the member price on 16 Jun 2025. I told them that I was happy to have it and keep asking them what should I do. They did not reply about this issue and just kept asking me if I cancelled the order of S3. Until yesterday (18 Jun 2025), they told me that they were no longer to give me the membership offer and kept asking me if I could cancel the order of S3. The wordings was really bad and impolite. The guy (previously the male staff to follow up my case but they changed the female staff to keep going) told me to buy it from website for original price. So that I may use my extra discount code. As of today (19 Jun 2025), they asked me to cancel the previous the order and they said THEY WILL TRY TO ASK FOR A SPECIAL OFFER TO ME TO BUY S5 BUT NOT GRANTEE TO HAVE IT. I am very angry and annoying to keep chatting with them without any result. The aim of purchasing the machine is making my life easier and reducing housework but the team made me in trouble these days. Please consider to have one from this company before you buy.

I purchased Tineco vacuum cleaner in September 2023

I purchased Tineco vacuum cleaner in 2023, as the machine was still under Tineco's 2 year warranty I contacted Tineco support.
As requested, I sent them copy of my receipt.
They asked for a video or photos, so I sent a couple.
I received an email from Customer Support promptly agreeing to replace the parts. The parts were delivered to my house within 2 days.
I was very happy dealing with Tineco, very professional and friendly staff over the phone.

I recently had an issue with my Tineco S6 steam mop after incorrectly installing the handle. I reached out to Tineco support and was genuinely impressed by their service. Poor misleading service

Poor misleading service - Ordered a S3, after a week I was told it was out of stock and the order would be cancelled. To compensate me, they would offer me a discount code on a S5 to bring this down to £249. (The S5 was already on sale for £239). Order cancelled and went with another brand that actually delivers.

It’s a very well built machine

It’s a very well built machine. Sturdy and light. I like the automatic emptying feature. I did have a fault but his was resolved by sending a new part to rectify the issue. This is impirtant as after sales can be a stumbling block with some companies.

No costumer service

I bought a vacuum just over a couple of years ago that I haven't used so much and suddenly stop working. I wanted to see if is still under warranty and if is possible to fix it but there is no way to contact costumer service! I used the form on their website at least 5 times and I also DM on Instagram. No response at all!

I’m extremely unhappy with my Tineco…

I’m extremely unhappy with my Tineco vacuum. The quality is very poor – it doesn’t perform as advertised, and I’ve had constant issues with it since the beginning. I expected better for the price I paid.

After writing a previous review, the company responded by offering me a small discount just to calm me down. I don’t want a discount or any other compensation – I want my money back. This product is not worth what I paid, and I feel misled.

I wouldn’t recommend this vacuum to anyone. If you’re considering buying it, think twice. Very disappointing experience overall.

Go h20 sense floor vaccuum and washer is brilliant !!

I recently purchased a Go h20 sense vaccuum and floor washer and was a bit sceptical that I'd work out how to use it, especially with all its modern clever features. Operating it is suprisingly easy and quiet. After use, removing the various parts that require cleaning is logical, quick and simple. That's exactly what I need. It works well on my laminate flooring as well as tiles, and it feels so good to have the vaccuuming and floor washing done in one go. I'm very happy with my purchase.
