Enshittification
The same product that I ordered a couple years ago which was originally made in cotton, is now made with cheap polyester. Another good brand going through enshittification in the name of profits.

According to our records, the material composition shown on the product page at the time of your order was accurate and clearly specified, precisely to avoid this kind of disappointment upon delivery.
More broadly, I also want to reassure you that our approach is actually the opposite of what you’re describing. When we make changes to materials, it is overwhelmingly part of a transition towards more natural, ecological, or responsible fibers, not cheaper ones. We work with small ateliers, and availability of materials can vary over the years, but profit-driven "downgrading" is not something we stand for.

I had questions about the sizes, everyone from the team was really helpful. And at the end everything with my order turnout perfect. I have just one thing that I will mention, that it will be perfect if you add sleeve sizes to the size guide, I mean widths and length.
