Still waiting for my items. Almost 2 months. Noone answering my e-mails. Noone contactacted me. They have only sent me a link where I can track my package that I already had and I can see that is still in France. Noone cares. It is really rude and unprofessional

Your message was not left unanswered, I can see that our team actually replied within 15 minutes of receiving your email on March 23rd, to let you know that an international investigation had been opened with the carrier to locate your package. It's possible that the feel of the fabric played a role here. Just so you know, our collections are each made from different materials, some pieces are crafted from synthetic fibres, while others are made from natural ones, and some even carry certifications, such as our own Gado Gado brand. I love the clothes they sell
I love the clothes they sell, and I love the dress I got. Dhl shipping was fast & free (I did pay $23 upfront for duties, not bad) I received my dress in 3-4 days! From the UK all the way to the USA! The only thing I'd say is I wish they'd restock the plus size dresses, but I haven't even reached out to them yet requesting info. All in all 10/10!
