An amazing company to deal with. Definitely shopping here again

Top Quality

Really impressed with this. It’s unbelievably comfy and just feels lovely when you get into bed. The fabric has a nice weight to it so you feel properly wrapped up and cosy.

Sleep has genuinely been better since we got it. Very happy overall.

I am very impressed with the service I…

I am very impressed with the service I got here. In these times you don’t always get good service. But these guys went above and beyond to get me my order. As I live in Northern Ireland the item I wanted was being shipped from France. They wouldn’t deliver to my address. But with help from this company they managed to get it for me. Can’t praise them enough

Good customer service experience

Bought a couple of Hugo Boss bathrobes. The weekend following they had a flash sale where the robe was 10% cheaper. I purchased it again with the intention of cancelling the original order.
They cancelled the new order and refund me the 10%.

The robes were beautiful but one had a slight defect with the stitching. I was offered an immediate and satisfactory resolution.

Fake designer product

I ordered a Kenzo bathrobe from the Yves Delorme UK website and received it today. I have a reasonable belief that it is fake as the quality of the seams is poor and some are not even straight (not what I would expect from a Kenzo product). The care label look cheap and is partially cut off. I then searched this design on official Kenzo website and couldn’t even find it.

We would like to reassure you that all products sold on the Yves Delorme UK website are 100% authentic. We do not sell counterfeit or replica items under any circumstances.

Kenzo Home collections are produced and distributed under licence, and certain designs may not always appear on the main Kenzo fashion website, particularly if they are from seasonal or home-specific ranges. Availability online can also vary by region.

That said, we take concerns about quality extremely seriously. What you’ve described is certainly not the standard we expect. It’s possible that the item may have a manufacturing fault, and we would very much like the opportunity to investigate this properly.

Please could you contact our customer service team directly at: customerservice@yvesdelorme.co.uk with your order number and, if possible, photographs of the seams and care label? We will review this as a priority and arrange a replacement or return if appropriate.

Good customer service

By mistake, I ordered two of the items I wanted instead of one. I contacted Jenal Rousseau at Customer Service and straight away was impressed by the attention and by her courtesy. The problem was resolved, with one item being delivered and a refund issued for the second. "Customer Service" doesn't always mean what it says, but in this case it does. She correctly predicted not only the date of delivery, but of the refund, too.

Never disappoints on quality

I have been buying Yves Delorme sheets for years and they never disappoint in terms of quality and comfort! The designs are stunning and I have always found the service to be reliable and the customer service friendly and responsive . I would not buy my sheets form anywhere else!

Poor courier and customer service!

Having been a repeat customer of this outlet, sadly I have been let down on this occasion by the appalling courier service of DPD, who had the nerve to mark on the POD delivered and received by me. I'm also disappointed in YDL's poor response in trying to resolve the issue. Such a shame as great bargains can be had. Since writing, YDL have apologised and refunded me.

Great Service, Great Quality Bedding, Highly recommend!

I recently purchased the Triomphe collection from Yves Delorme and I’m extremely happy with the service I received and the quality of the product. The cotton is incredibly soft, smooth to the touch, and with a beautiful, subtle sheen that instantly elevates the entire look of my bedroom. Have already washed a few times and the quality remains the same. Im very please with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing again!

Have just received a bedding set that…

Have just received a bedding set that took 2 weeks to arrive and one of the pillowcases is missing stitching along a complete side. Really!!! Have purchased our bedding from Yves Delorme for years and the quality can be hit & miss but the Athena generally very good. No customer service number only a shop in London with the rudest heavily accented and hard to understand foreign woman who has no interest whatsoever and put the phone down. The two customer service people whom we used to speak to in the UK were what made us purchase the products for so many years. Sadly the staff they now employ seem to fit with the quality of the products. I will no longer purchase again.

Returns process could be more responsive, no contact number

Edited following positive response from seller:

Ordered from the outlet store, needed to return a few items and website gives address to send it to, they do not respond to your emails with your intention to return. I have found the response slow via email and not reassuring that they cannot be contacted telephonically. However, my issues were promptly resolved a few days later.

Always delivers excellence

Have purchased many times from the UK website and have always had a great experience. Both the bed and bath linen are always excellent quality and my experience with the customer service team is always positive. I will be outing Yves Delorme for life!

Good quality and arrived quickly

I was a bit apprehensive about the delivery time. I ordered a duvet cover on Sunday though, and the sheets were on my bed on the Friday. That's a great turnaround considering that it was shipped from France.

I did find the duvet cover gets so much better with time too. It wasn't that soft when it first arrives, but now that it's had some use and gone through the wash a couple of times, it's great!

Assuming the duvet cover passes the test of time, I think I'll always use Yves Delorme sheets now!

High quality bed linen and great customer service

Ordered the Grimani bed linen from the UK site. The quality is outstanding and the design just stunning. I had a question about my order that was answered very quickly, and I also returned some nightwear that didn't fit well with no issues with a rapid refund. I will shop again, thanks!

Speedy Resolution by Yves Delorme

With many thanks to YDL Customer Services who have successfully resolved the problem I reported. I can now access the website without any of the previous warnings from Norton AV. So I am confident that the issue I reported has been very speedily resolved. I am a Happy Customer !

I am getting messages from the anti-virus s/w which I run on my laptop. (It is an industry standard AV). There seems to be an issue with something called up.backenstop.net.

For the time being I shall be making any purchases from one of the UK companies which sell the Yves Delorme products .... BTW ... I have bought their bed linen several times and it is always wonderful quality, beautifully made and washes and irons superbly.

The flagged request, "up.backenstock.net", was blocked by our cross-domain security policies, which means it could not have posed any risk to your data, computer, or network. Our security measures have been effective in preventing any external connections or threats from affecting our site. Antivirus software can sometimes flag warnings based on potential risks, even if no actual threat has occurred. Rest assured, there has been no data breach or security issue on the website.

Tags removed, complete lie !

I purchase 2 king shams and a duvet for $880.00 . I had to open the plastic wrap which enclosed the duvet to see if it was the color and quality I wanted. It was not the right color. No tags were removed!
I shipped back the duvet and shams and I was told tags were removed from the duvet and they could not refund or give store credit. This is a lie and this company is a scam. My chase credit card is investigating !

Payment method seemed unsafe

I wanted to use them, selected my items, went through the predictable forced account creation and selected the option to use paypal… which took me to a form asking for credit card details. No idea if it is a scam but this was very dodgy so cancelled the purchase and will doubtless get emails from them forever.

14.05.25 - i had tried on a pad. today i tried again on a PC. My AV client reported and blocked what it called: JS/Spy.Banker.KN from up.backenstock.net which suggests you might have some malicious code in your site that you might need to clean.
