I had a fantastic experience getting a bike fit with Dan at UK Bike Fit. He’s incredibly friendly and professional, with a broad and deep understanding of every part of bike fitting — biomechanics, flexibility, strength, foot size, everything.
Right from the start, he listened to all my bike riding woes from over the years. He didn’t rush me or treat me like a guinea pig. He made me feel like a partner in the process, which made the whole assessment not just thorough but genuinely interesting and fun.
The fit itself was extremely detailed. Dan explained every adjustment as he went, and I was presented with all the numbers from my bike fit in a clear report for future reference. I can use this now — along with the extra knowledge Dan gave me — to set up my gravel bike properly. And of course, on future frames it’ll give me a solid ballpark that Dan can refine in future bike fits.
My current bike isn’t even the ideal frame size for me, but Dan still managed to make it far more comfortable than it has ever been. That alone tells you how skilled he is.
