I’ve just seen your review on TrustPilot and wanted to personally investigate what happened.
I have found your emails to us, but for some reason, as they came through on our system, they were marked as: “This contact is blocked. Their messages go to spam.” Because of that, they never came through to our main inbox. I’m so sorry about this - and I want you to know we would never ignore our customers.
I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after reaching out multiple times and not hearing back. That’s absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide.
You are of course welcome to return your Kronos for a replacement. I do want to give you a heads up that we won’t be receiving new stock until June, so if you would prefer a refund instead, that’s absolutely fine too.

Had a great experience with my purchase.
Ordered two starter kits and a seperate lock but only one kit came, when i contacted support they got back to me within an hour and then stated they would post the missing kit and refund the next day delivery fee i paid, which was very nice of them.
cant wait to see the kids faces when the replacement arrives, until then i think ill hide the one
When i come to buying some more advanced stuff im surely going to come back here.
I recoommend this seller just on their respect for keeping customers happy.

Anyone can go to our store and see we do not scrub all bad reviews. They are mainly 5 star reviews, but we are the biggest UK lock picking shop with nearly 20 years online supply, so that's understandable, but your comments are easily proven to be false. I don't need to have this removed, people can check and see for themselves that what you are sayng is simply not true. Have a nice day.

I have been using UKBumpKeys for years now and never had any problems. I first used them when I started on my lockpicking journey and never looked back. Their customer service is 5* and keep you updated with your order. The orders arrive quickly and products are of high quality. I really like using their Dangerfield range, which is their own brand. As somebody who has a small YT channel, I don’t have sponsors and pay for everything myself. They have affordable products and I don’t have to worry about the quality.
Remember people… low price doesn’t have to mean low quality!
And that is a truthful review!

Really good quality, especially the dangerfield epg and lishi picks.
As I'm new to the trade Gayle has been really helpful and patient with all of my questions. I genuinely couldn't recommend them more. Great products, great service and you can tell they care.

Great 1st experience
I'm unsure why others have left bad reviews, but speaking personally I can confirm my experience with ukbumpkeys was an exceptionally good one. The online chat bot was very helpful and answered questions concisely. My item was delivered on time through the royal mail and to the correct place. I was emailed by a lady to check in that all was going well and all in all I'm very happy with the product and the customer service in hand. 5 well deserved stars.

I ordered over £70 worth of items and I did not receive them.. I messaged them several times and they were not helpful at all and they emailed me saying I need to chase it up with the delivery company. I've noticed many here complaining have had similar issues. They need to change their delivery driver and their customer service otherwise no one will buy anything from them.

Long delivery time
I recently placed an order for the Dangerfield Combination Lock Lockpicks on May 18th, and I finally received it today, June 21st. Unfortunately, there were some initial "glitches" (the wording from the customer service) in the system, causing a delay in shipping. However, I must commend the customer service team for their friendliness and prompt responses. If it weren't for one issue, I might consider ordering from them again. The company is now located outside the EU, which is not their fault, but it does present a challenge for customers outside the UK due to the additional taxes and increased cost associated with it.

This company is run by people who accept payment but do not get you the merchandise you ordered. Period. (I was forced to edit by trust pilot- whose AI thinks it was mean of me to use the term for people who take from someone else) You pay for a product. It never arrives. You ask them to give you information about the shipping. They generate a shipping tracking number which is never given to the postal carrier. It STILL shows that it was generated but not delivered to the carrier today. They make up excuse after excuse to postpone your delivery, including a lie about sending a "new one". They are out to get money and provide nothing in return.
And two-and-a-half years later they reply here- irritated that people are really set-up over paying them for products never received and being disregarded in email. A note- I sent 8 emails over the course of a month or more in 2022/2023 carefully explaining my issue, showing proof that my parcel had never been handed off to their carrier- per Royal Mail tracking. I can only hope that they have improved their shipping and customer care over the last couple of years. (I do not care at all what reputation you have in whatever "scene" you are referencing- your reputation as a business is what is being called into question. When you accept money and do not provide the product or service, that is commonly called theft.)

I requested your information, you failed to produce it, so how do you expect me to put this right? We're the largest lock pick supplier in the UK and have been going for 20 years. My order has still not been shipped after a few weeks, and I need to create a dispute with PayPal.

Did you consider emailing us? Do you know how many parcels go missing every day in the UK? It's about 22 million. When this happens we put it right, but if you don't email us, then we can't do anything about it. I assume PayPal gave you your money back So when you say 'scammers' you mean, you lost nothing. When purchasing online in future, I advise you to speak to your vendor, as you'll find most of them will do whatever they can to get your good to you, often with compensation.
