I paid for my product Lock Pick Gun - 8 days ago, no one sent me the goods, and they do not answer my email. The money is gone!

I have been dealing with UK bump keys since the 16th of March. I was originally told via email the product will take 4-7 working days. After the 4-7 working days I was forwarded the same email but with a corrected 3-4 weeks. When questioned what was the delay, I heard a lot of excuses such as corona virus, it’s the post offices fault, then it became no this is policy. I gave them a run down of internal policies that they can put in place to help them progress as a company. Something I get paid for on a daily basis, but I gave it to them for free.

So I wait the 4 weeks after they apologised, I constantly updated them on whether I received the product or not.

Then comes the final day, no product was received. I email the company, they respond telling me they can sort it out. I make it easier for them. Still no package sent out, no responses since.

Do not use this company if you want to receive your product. I have contacted trading standards and I don’t live to far so I will be paying them a personal visit if my product is dealt with my Monday.

Lost out on my pay and my clients waiting WEEKS for my "next day delivery by 1pm promise" that I payed extra for premium.

Didn't seem to care and resorted to insulting me and ad-hom attacks on me for being "stupid" and "idiotic"for trusting his promise.

Didn't contact me when I contacted him until I found him live streaming on YouTube and publicly exposed him leaving him no choice.

Even then he acted like I was the criminal here and threatened to not send me what I payed for and wouldn't give me my property!

So angry will NEVER be interacting again!

I've had different items over the years from UK Bump keys and never been disappointed. Good communication and fast service. I can't fault them. Had a pick gun that lost power within a year and emailed and within a couple of days had a new one with no arguments. Ordered some extra needles for my pick gun on Wednesday and arrived in 3 days

I started to replace my old tools which I initially bought from UK Bumpkeys about 7 years ago, I am happy to report that the Service is still second to none, Clear communication and fast delivery, Outstandingly good company with customer service at the highest level.

After three weeks I still had not received my order to Germany, due to which they sent me a replacement order with a free upgrade to priority shipping, which arrived after only a few days. Despite the shipping issues, communication and customer service were great.

Just placed another order, discovered Chris back in 2016? Always been friendly. Takes customer service seriously. Quality products. And a wide range. I’ve been happy with the service ukbumpkeys have provided over the time I’ve used them, what are we on 2020 now? Potentially a bit dear price wise but like. You pay for quality. And I know he knows his stuff, if money were a vote. He has mine. I think he sent me the wrong bogatas once? Sent me a replacement free for the mistake. That’s the only minor mistake? Easily made really. Like I couldn’t run his businesss. But . that was quickly and satisfactorily sorted out for me. Professionally and politely. No complaints here. Fast shipping always from my experience. I’ve looked into other sites for cheaper stuff but like you soon find out the quality of the metal is substandard or the finish on the tools is so poor you wish you had just not bothered or used the money to invest in a good name. Like U.K. bump keys, looking forward to my new purchase. Don’t expect it will take long to get here either!

I have ordered items every month for the last 4 months and UKBumpKeys have been prompt and professional in everything
I broke a pair of picks which is most probably my fault for being either heavy handed or over enthusiastic and they replaced them both
I will be ordering again as I know they are not the cheapest in the uk but look at the postage from other sellers as saving 2 pounds on a set and paying 4 pounds postage means you are still paying 2 pounds more

waited 2 months for toolsand got nothing, they have automated responce letters and tried to close the matter twice claiming they sent package 2 different times. the onlt reasson they get 1 star is they did refnd my mony

The last post I made was a bad review because the stuff I ordered didn't turn up.

But, it was not UK Bump who was at fault. Royal Mail lost the package.

After four weeks or so I received my stuff. UK Bump re-sent the order. Apparently, they have to wait at least three weeks in case it does eventually turn up before re-sending an order.

So my previous and now deleted rant is of no significance.

UK Bump have not yet not sent me what I have ordered, and I have ordered stuff several times without any problems. They are good to go.

Chris and his team have been brilliant, anything I need I can order, if it isn't available I get updates ,any advice I need I can get, really nice people and a really good business model. A pleasure to do business with.

Dealt with UK Bumpkeys many years ago when it first started. Their customer service was poor then, but I accepted it because it was a new business.
Here I am almost two decades on and their service is still very poor.
A lot of hype and bs with this outfit.

Very friendly staff/communications & fast delivery.

Haven’t got my goods and they are not responding to emails and no phone number to contact . Would advise everyone to avoid

I bought two items off their site and couldn't be happier with the way they run things. True, they do not reply to emails immediately, but there's nothing wrong with waiting till the next day. I made two orders and asked if they could send it in one envelope. Even though they sent both of them separately, they still reimbursed me the shipping of one order. And they didn't have to. It's those small details that make a business stand out. I will defintely buy more stuff from them. Also, make sure to check spam/advertising folders as I found a lot of their emails there. These guys are legit!

Well I way a bit cynical about this lot having made a mistake (my mistake) when ordering and then seemingly not being able to get in touch with them by telephone and having no real reply to my emails, after 3 days I did hear from them and they said they would look into my query , the goods arrived (and they work with very little practice) as ordered and my query was resolved so all turned out well. I would recommend that they get a phone line and answer emails quicker, other than that the goods work and the springs I bought really help in bumping locks.

YOU WANT THEY ARE LIKE A BACK SREET SETUP THEY NEVER
REPLY TO MESSAGE YOUU SEND TO THEM SO FOR ME AND OTHER SAY WELL AWAY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL GET NO GOODS

Payed for items. Never arrived and didnt get my money back. Dont use this website for the love of god
