Super fast despatch and delivery, I bought them to make a double to take in our caravan and I was worried the sleeping bags would be too restrictive, they are huge! And great quality!

Ordered a roof rack for my car which i thought was a bargain until it arrived and turned out to be the wrong type. Wouldn't fit my roof rails at all. When I emailed the company I was told it was the correct roof rack just unsuitable for my car. I had given them all the details they needed ( make, model, doors, year, reg etc ) but they said it was what the manufacturer specified then told me I needed a different model quoting the model number. When I asked if they could send me postage so I could send the wrong one back, I was told in no uncertain terms that I would have to pay the postage back and I would be refunded my payment (less the £2.99 initially postage). I said I dont want a refund, I want the roof rack I paid for. They absolutely perused to help me in any way. I had to pay £14 postage to send it back and still ended up with no roof rack. This company is a joke. Do not use, their customer service is crap. They will not help you even when they are standard fault. Not a happy bunny 😡😡

The goods I ordered were not in stock, I only found out when they did not arrive, when I chased I was simply told my order had been cancelled with no apology, my refund should be in my account in 3-5 days, it wasn’t, I had to chase 2 more times before refund was received.

Ordered 2 items totalling £129 including £14,99 postage. Seller dispatched the cheaper item costing £35, charged the full postage and then told me they could not send the more expensive item as it cost too much to post. They issued a refund, but refused to give a refund on part of the postage. Bad service bordering on dishonesty.

Great prices and delivery (toilet chemicals)

I chose Camping and Leisure specifically because their product page advertised a fast delivery timeframe that suited my travel plans. That promise turned out to be completely unreliable.
The item was not dispatched when implied, the courier tracking was repeatedly changed, and a false delivery attempt was recorded despite us being at home the entire time. What was initially meant to be a time-critical delivery was eventually pushed back several days, making the item useless for its intended purpose and completely disrupting my Christmas plans.
What’s most disappointing is the company’s response. Rather than taking responsibility, they denied their own delivery messaging, blamed the courier, and offered no compensation, discount, or goodwill gesture whatsoever despite the significant inconvenience caused. Simply saying they are “beholden to the courier” is not an acceptable excuse — the contract and responsibility sit with the retailer, not the customer.
Busy periods are not an excuse for misleading delivery claims or poor customer service. If you need an item by a specific date or expect a company to stand behind what it advertises, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere

Only bought pack of four CV470 gas canisters, but, they were the cheapest i could find and delivery, well, i think someone must have been spying on me when i hit the buy button, even a bolt of Lightning couldn't have been quicker!
