All I am doing is a transit within Europe… But you do not get to see what you are paying them, till they have ripped you 10 times the amount that is normal…. Its such a scam…. It’s a scam. They charge 800% the real cost
It’s a scam. They charge you 800% more than the real cost. It looks like the right way to apply, but it is not. They charge you 170 euros for what is supposed to cost 20 British pounds. The official source to use is reached through the GOV.UK website, where you can use the application they link to, or the online application.

I expected to pay the official UK ETA fee (around £20), but was suddenly presented with a £145 “service fee” plus additional charges at the payment stage. That’s more than 7 times the official cost.
The moment I saw this, I pressed “Cancel” because I obviously did not agree to such an excessive fee. Despite cancelling, my application was still registered, I received emails claiming my payment was successful, and the full amount was eventually charged to my Visa card.
I never completed the application, never uploaded my passport or photo, and cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation period stated in their own refund policy. I contacted them immediately, sent multiple follow-up emails, and have received no response whatsoever.
Taking a customer’s money after they have cancelled, while completely ignoring all communication, is unacceptable.
Save yourself the stress and apply directly through the official UK Government website. This company adds an outrageous fee for something that costs a fraction of the price and, in my experience, cancelling the application did not stop them from taking the payment.

I cancelled the order right after the ordering as i understood that the costs are unproportionally high compared to visa cost. The company booked the ammount anyway and ignored my cancellation. My bank returned me the money, but after the weeks the company booked once again. Achtung Betrug!

PURE SCAM!!!!!!. This website pretends to be an official ETA service, but it tricked me into paying 1,300 NOK. I feel that I was deliberately misled, and I regret trusting this site.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Always make sure you're using the official ETA website. This was an expensive lesson, and I hope no one else falls victim to this scam.

Their site is designed to look like an official UK government service — Union Jack, "UK ETA Service", "Authorisation Services". It is not. It's a private company registered in Delaware.
The real UK ETA costs £20 on gov.uk. It takes 10 minutes and you can do it yourself.
They showed me 145.00 GBP and my bank was charged 195.00 USD. For the exact same thing.
And when I complained, they replied in writing: "Your payment is failed so we do not have a valid application with us." The payment did not fail. It is right there on my bank statement.
So they overcharge you, then deny they charged you at all.
They also advertise a WhatsApp support number on their site. It doesn't exist.
Go to UK official site. Don't pay these people.
