Terrible customer service. I received an order that was wrong. Different things delivered from what I paid for. I was offered a replacement which I’m still waiting for. I have sent 3 emails so far requesting information regarding the replacement but not getting any response. After reading lots of reviews, I wish I had read them before placing an order, I wouldn’t have placed any orders it sounds like this is a common problem. Wrong items being sent and not replying to emails. Should have shopped elsewhere. Won’t be using this company again. Now I’m stuck waiting in for the delivery of the replacement order as I have to return the wrong order so I need to be at home, like I have nothing else to do.

What great service, arrived really quickly, was exactly what I wanted, and very good value for money

Ordered on the 11th of Jan and no order update or anything have sent email waiting for reply

Placed order 5th January, order still not received 18th January. Despite sending 3 emails (no response) tried calling 3 times today, went straight through to voicemail each time, left a voicemail on the last call and awaiting a response….

Easy to order. Fast delivery and really pleased with the bamboo screening. Would buy from them again.

Bought 8 rolls at a time of log roll from this supplier and they have been superb. The product is very robust, delivery prompt and when I had a query about my first lot they replied to my email within one day. Will definately use this company again, as we are re landscaping our garden.

Ordered 5 hanging baskets and received only 4. No explanation, no packing list or delivery note supplied for confirmation. Items received were poorly packaged (box crushed), no bubble wrap or protective packaging whatsoever, hence the scuffs on 1 of them which will now need to be repainted. I have e-mailed today and phoned several times only to be met with an answerphone message. However, delivery was fast (48 hours) as stated. Will upgrade this review when my missing hanging basket arrives in good condition.
Update.....Received an e-mail response from Fiona who was very apologetic for the error and promptly send out the missing hanging basket from my order which arrived in good condition.

Easy to order, fast delivery and good pricing. Maybe the website could be a little clearer to navigate around, but not enough of a problem to dock a star. Defo 5 star service.

Ordered Log rolls and pins also willow trellis early evening on Friday 1st May and received my order today. Very pleased with the prompt delivery and service will certainly order from them again. I would highly recommend them to anybody doing their gardens.

Placed large order for garden log rolls and logroll metal stakes on Wednesday afternoon, pallet load of items arrived before 9am on the Friday. Good quality items well made and good prices. Given the current disruptions to businesses and delivery schedules, this was great fast service. Thank you
