I have hosted with these people for so long I genuinely can't remember. Today between Christmas and the New Year I decided to do some work at the back end of my site but struggled to get in. Milo on chat was able to talk me through and get me in. Just fantastic service always. Thanks guys.

I have been using UKHost4u for several years and they host 2 websites for me. Whenever I have run into technical difficulties they are there to help and assist without making me feel like a dummy. Excellent service.

Good informative and fast service. Emails now working again

I had a problem with the plugins of my WordPress website. After a number of emails, I was able to sort the problem out. They were very patient with a person unfamiliar with the processes required to clear the fault. All the information was clear and concise and never made me feel that I was stupid.

Amazing service from this company, I've had various websites and domains hosted with them for the last 10 years, their support service is phenomenal, replying to almost all tickets within a very short period of time, regardless of day or time!

The technical knowledge of numerous platforms within the support team is outstanding, always able to answer questions from the easy to the very complicated.

Although I found UK Host 4 U not very responsive through emails and messages on their form through their site, I found them to go over and above the call of duty when using the online Chat Tech Support. I received hours of free online tech support from Daniel and although it was a very complicated problem and request he persevered with me until it was solved. Even though I know both of us were getting frustrated when things seemed not to be working. I have been with this company since their early days and I will remain loyal to them as long as they continue to provide help for me like this. Well done guys.

I've been with UKHost4u for quite a few years now and over that time I have had to contact technical support on many occasions. Recently John and Daniel have been helping me with issues (some of my own doing and some not). I've always found their response to be quick and courteous.

Most of the time issues were resolved at the time of contacting the support team and some times the issues have taken a little longer but they did get resolved.

Overall I can say I'm happy with the service I have received from UKHost4u

Was with UKHost4U since 2007 until 2020. In the last two years, though problems go back four years, we had constant downtime of our sites. We were always told that it was our sites and ourselves which were the problem when it was absolutely clear to us that it was problems with their servers. Our sites were on WordPress/Divi and were/are low volume 'billboards' rather than trading sites. We launched one marketing push in 2019 which we had worked months on and within 24 hours all of our sites were down, our servers were showing as maxed out and it took us 4 days to get functionality back. Months of work down the pan and still they claimed that the problem was ours. That was the last straw. At cost to us we moved to a new hosting company where our web management company had identically constructed sites without any issue. The move began in November 2019 and completed in January 2020. Since the move, we have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. By UKHost4U's performance standards we should have had at least three episodes of downtime and maxed out server services. What really rankles is that we were long term customers getting dreadful service and being told it was nothing to do with their servers but all our own fault. Utterly useless and cost us huge amounts of time and money.

Had an upload problem with a 3rd part manger. Took a while but they stuck with it. Would have given 10 stars but there's no option

I rarely give 5 stars, however this is different. I have dealt with UKHost4u for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough. I and much of my business is dependent upon their services.

Web services are ten a penny, what is not ten a penny is the level of support that the technical and sales staff provide when needed. I wouldn't claim nothing ever goes wrong, but when it does the support staff work to solve the matter quickly and confidently.

Have had email issues and they have now been sorted. Daniel, John, Paul and the rest of the team answered tickets very quickly. Ticket was not closed until I was happy.

I am not tech minded at all and have to say they were all extremely patient with me.

Briliant service - I had an email problem - they look after my email - I contacted them via chat (which works at 2am in the UK) and was immediately engaged - The problem was complicated because it involved my webhosting company (who are not UKHost4U) compounded by the fact I am completely useless when it comes to my email SPF settings and spam etc.

These are decent hard working people who care about their customers no matter how small the account is

Daniel was most helpful. My wordpress website upgraded incorrectly. He was able to see what had happened and corrected the problem in only a couple of hours.

I've been using UKhost for years now for a number of our websites and they have always been good.

UK host's support responds quickly and is always friendly. Have had to troubleshoot a fair amount over the years and they've always helped me out. Including once when we got hacked. They systematically told me what I needed to do to fix everything.

More recently they have helped me with domain transfers etc.

I'm familiar with the backend and wouldn't be comfortable going with anyone else.
