I have just used UK Probate to deal with my mother-in-law's estate this was done by a lady called Sue who made everything so easy for us. Friendly, efficient, quick - what more is needed!

After receiving my solicitors quote for dealing with probate I decided to try using UK Probate Ltd.
From the very outset Tara made everything so easy clear and hassle free. Very promptly responding to emails and ensuring everything was in place as quickly as possible to submit to the Probate office. The whole process from initial contact to receipt of Grant of Probate was 6 weeks. All this for a fixed fee of £499 including probate registry fee (about a tenth of my solicitors fee!). Don't hesitate to use this service.

After contacting Solicitors & other online companies that offered a probate service, I was most impressed with UK Probate after speaking with Sue.
From start to finish the service we received was professional & most importantly for me, really quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who may feel overwhelmed with all the tasks required with probate as they helped me understand in simple terms

UK Probate obtained the Grant of Probate in around 4 weeks, and it was not as pricey as other s we looked at.

I used UK Probate after my mother died, my contact being Sue, and I can honestly say that, from start to finish, they couldn't be faulted. Everything was conducted professionally and efficiently, all queries were dealt with speedily and sympathetically and the amount they charge, compared with others I looked at, is amazingly reasonable. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them highly.

Having done a couple of straightforward probate applications with comparative ease, I found that my mother’s probate was looking to be a much more complex case, involving the IHT400 as opposed to the IHT205, plus many other forms, due to being able to incorporate my previously deceased fathers unused Inheritance tax allowance.
I decided that it would be best to use a solicitor, but to my surprise, I was getting quotes in excess of £4000 plus disbursements.
I then came across UK Probate, and after checking out some reviews, although a little sceptical, decided to give them a ring.
I spoke to Sue, who immediately put my mind at ease, by explaining the way they do things.
I was emailed a letter on the 12th February to sign and return to confirm that I wanted them to obtain probate on my behalf quoting a price of £1155.00 in total. This was followed by a comprehensive questionnaire about my mother’s life, death, estate etc.
This was quite involved, and took several hours to collate the required information, but as Sue explained, it contained everything relevant to complete the myriad of forms required in my mother’s case.
A few phone calls and emails back and forth, checking and confirming particular details and the drafted forms were sent to me to check over and sign. These were sent back along with the original will, and death certificate on 1st of March, and probate was granted 1st of April.

The whole process was quick, and efficient. Sue, and the rest of the people at UK Probate should be commended for their no nonsense professionalism.
They advertise their fees, and the cost is agreed prior to commencement, and that’s exactly what you pay!

I would like to say that I would be more than happy to recommend their services, and wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again.
