I love this site but the delivery has changed and I’ve been waiting 5days and still haven’t received my order

My order came in the end after mix up with Royal Mail. Pro meds your spot on 5 star’s

Not sure what’s going on but placed an order and contacted them as per the instructions however the msg has not been delivered, not had an issue like this before, generally they are really proactive.

Are they up and working anyone can say, if the website changed? Ordered this morning and still waiting for a confirmation. This has never happened before. I just want to make sure

I was in the process of checking the reviews for a site which had ripped me off badly, and found this company with its excellent reviews. I am so delighted. One does have to wait a little for communication sometimes, which I find a little worrying, and it is expressed in the shortest of words, but the important thing is that the product and speed of delivery are absolutely excellent. This makes a happy change from years of dealing with some dishonest companies; even the good ones almost inevitably take weeks longer than they promise to send goods, causing dreadful anxiety. I’ve ordered from UK Pro Meds a few times in the past and just placed another order, I cannot fault them and I’ve never had an issue with my order. The prices are very reasonable as some other sites are extortionate.

They now ask for ID before orders are processed which is a good thing in my opinion. Keep up the good work UK Pro Meds!

Only started using this site 2 weeks ago, and can't fault it. Have placed a few orders now and communication has been excellent, and delivery next day. Everything I've ordered so far is genuine and well worth the money. I have recommended to a friend who placed their first order and has said they will be ordering again.

Always had a great deal off them I've tried all the other sites and they where hard core to deal with but this site is no hassle only problem I have is tracking numbers don't come till late at night but that's just me being picky bit all in all top noch site I wouldn't go any where else so good night god bless everybody and all the jealous competition dry yer eyes lol xx

I’ve been ordering off this website for a year now and every order they were spot on, although a bit slow on the replies via WhatsApp. But the reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because they are now asking me for my id in order to proceed with the order?! I have never had to do this before and was wondering if anyone has given their ID, and received whatever they have ordered? Please someone let me know asap! Much appreciated!

Just ordered from here due to my site being down for maintenance. My first order came next day and was perfect, I've since put in an other order and will continue to use this company. There is a an other company I use but delivery takes to long:, so 5 stars I'm giving and yes I had to show I'd for first order after that it's fine this company is great and customer service. If any any doubt buy something small and you will see how good there are and you get exactly what you ask for xx

Tried ordering yesterday used telegram to ask for payment details they asked for photo ID which I don't have so they won't provide bank details and very rude and cheeky about it I know they have to be careful who they give details to but I have never encountered this type of problem before.
