Never usually have any issues at all. 99% of time always had email within an hour of paying saying processing then the tracking number later evening or early hours of the morning.

This last few orders though they’ve not been getting processed till the next day - even when paid well before the cut off.

Like today paid before 10 and cleared before 10, got usually text “check emails for updates” but haven’t even had processing email so I doubt that’s being sent out today so won’t receive tomorrow as I hoped.

Not happy - especially as after tomorrow everything is reduced service or closed for four days.

I’ve been ordering since the summer and this last few weeks I’ve not been impressed after such impeccable service initially

Nothing but good things to say about these guys, last order came next day as ALWAYS. I’ve just put in a bigger order to do for partner and me over Xmas break.

As always, NEVER had an issue. Quality product, website is easy to navigate, very good contact (to the people moaning about late replies, just be patient - 1 message for details is fine there is no need to bombard these guys, always given an email with tracking details, which is Royal Mail next day (every order I have placed over last year has come next day. I always make sure to order early before cut off).
I highly recommend these guys, I’ve been using over a year and would not trust another company ever.

I have used several times now and they're absolutely brilliant with next day delivery but the website appears to have been shut down.

scammers!!! I pay yesterday 850 pound for rivotril and they gone not send nothing not post office delivery number nothing and telegram is of and deleted!!!!

I have used this company before without issue. However, they are now asking for photos of ID and Passport to complete an order. This is quite clearly a scam/fraudulent and should not be trusted.
Do not use this site or any other that requests any kind of ID.

All of you guys moaning need to suck out, they are busy with all the other mongz trying to get the bank details, just wait and if you can’t… then don’t use the site simple, the bank details ain’t there for a reason just shut up and wait for them to respond to any questions you have, iv used this place of over a year and never one had a problem, maybe the prices change every now and then but that may be due to stock and how hard it is to source half of their products, just be patient ffs
