Ordered just after 12pm yesterday, order confirmed 45 mins later, packed at 5pm and arrived 10am today. Amazing as always, just be patient when details are being changed/the site is down. Long as you’re respectful and patient, C’s got you.

PS. STOP MENTIONING WHAT YOU’RE BUYING IF YOU WANT THE SITE TO STICK AROUND. COMMON SENSE PEOPLE.

I was a bit dubious especially when asked for ID but hey, it’s obviously dodgy I can only assume it’s to cover their own backs? Having worked in pharmacy the meds look legitimate to me, not sure about those claiming fake meds? Very fast service, tracking brilliant and kept up to date with progress. Made a small first order to test and all was well. Very well priced meds, much cheaper than elsewhere.

I have been using this company for well over a year now & placed many orders & I would not go anywhere else. As they are a trustworthy as well as a honorable company with Brilliant products & Good customer service. Keep up the good work you are doing Amazing.

Ordered many times maybe 40+ orders and can't fault these guys, best in the business by a long shot, I have wrote many reviews, If you are unsure about ordering don't be have NEVER LET ME DOWN!!

All back 2 normal! Got my parcel an hour ago! Ukpm always come thru for me & this was the first hiccup in 18 months and I order weekly! Thanks UKPM.

Ordered yesterday morning. It was processed and then went to packed and then this morning i got tracking number. Which says its out for delivery by 1pm today. Never had a issue when ordering. Yes C can be very blunt but hes probably got so many of us to message back and then hes got sort out all the deliveries and everything else on top.. But hes always spot on with your orders. I think most of us would rather let him get on with his job than we would having a polite conversation.

If you change bank account then there will be teething problems, if you have dealt with him for years then trust in him. I got the new details at the weekend and my product was delivered today. Zero reason to complain.

Maisie, if you're taking about me (I think mine is pretty much the longest in the past month), I had an hour to kill and I wanted to use it to blanket cover all the erroneous negative reviews in one shot. It was probably an exhausting read for those who persevered, but hopefully it was useful to reassure people who had/have reservations about the company... and for those who had quite a lot of free time. :-)

Ordered yesterday morning, Arrive midday today. Can't ask for more. Product was different brand than ordered but not worried on that one.

My order from Thursday morning arrived today it was the first time in over a year I have had a delay like this but my order still arrived, I would like it if u had the option to have a refund of next day delivery if your order didn’t arrive in time though? Or even different shipping options would be great as well? Note to myself though order way before medication runs out 😬🤣🤣

Ok I understand the anger and frustration that a lot of 1 star reviewers are sharing. A long time ago I woke up one day, made and paid for my order whilst waiting for a WhatsApp reply. Imagine how I felt when NEW bank details were provided as the account I'd paid into had been "frozen"
I was fortunate enough to be able to pay for my order to the new account and did so.
I was told my money would bounce back but after 3 days nothing.
So I contacted my bank explained I'd paid into an old account in error and could they see if it could be returned.
They took the payment details.... didn't question me what the transfer was for.... didn't ask embarrassing questions... just advised it may take up to 28 days and no guarantees.
1 week later money was back in my account. I'm an old-ish man who has led an "interesting" life and was prepared for the fact I may have lost my money..... in this case it was my fault for not waiting for the correct details..... moral of the story is 1....ALWAYS get bank details before paying.. every single order.
2... Banks do have ways to reclaim bacs transfers and I as stated did not have to explain what the transaction was for.... I just said I'd paid into wrong account in error.
3... understand the nature of the business
4... remember there are other companies out there sending you Indian chalk.....unlike this business.
But above all be patient and consider smaller orders on a more frequent basis so if it does go wrong you haven't lost all you can afford!

As like others, i had to wait a day extra for new bank details, have used UKPM many times without problem, was slightly worried this time from recent reviews, but paid saturday and my order is now marked as posted 🙏 with the nature of the business there is always a risk but i do not believe it was done intentionaly and i still stand by my comments that UKPM is legit, no where else have i been able to find such quality of products, trust me ive been ripped off so many times by other companys and recieved potentialy harmful fakes that always go down the toilet along with my money. I have just placed an order using new payment details. However bank wasn’t so sure on name match up. Hopefully everything goes well as I’ve had no problems so far. Will update when I know more!

Ordered Tuesday. I had the same problems as everyone else. Blah blah.
I didn't get to pay until Fri morning.
Not one that was lucky enough to get my order yesterday, so I have to suck it up and suffer. Woe is me.
But.
I have never once experienced an issue with this company before. When Monday arrives so will my package (I have the tracking email).
One hiccup does not define a company, and although it was rough, so be it. I still cannot see anywhere else where the service level matches these...

I have used this company and found them always to be completely reliable. Last week I made and order and transferred the money. Finally got a response saying all there bank accounts are closed ask the bank for a refund. We all know you can't get it back from the bank. I would not risk using them again I have spent alot of money with them
