Brilliant site for use who don't no how to access the new site just go to one of your previous emails an hit the pro meds logo at the top of your order that's how iv accessed it it brings you straight on to the site

I have been using this site for ages loyal customer great products fast and efficient. have contacted them for new website details. no response yet.
can any of the other regular customers who care about this site as much as me update ne with new websites. many thanks

Just noticed that the people on here who are saying they’ve been ordering from “the new site” that the page doesn’t actually open, have either got 1 review on tp or several made in January, apparently for different purchases from different online stores, but if you look, you’ll find it says eumeds further down, so beware these are clearly fake, even though there’s quite a few. What company only operates through WhatsApp? As these people are implying!! Don’t be fooled…

I was wary at 1st but took a chance. As soon as I paid the goods arrived either the next day or the day after.
Plus the good thing is that if the company is out of stock you can request a reminder as to when they are available.

Always have an excellent experience and service from this seller. He's so kind and listens when he has hundreds if not thousands of ppl ordering from him. I have tried again lately to make an order because I usually make one bigger one at once until they run out and I can't load that page so if anyone can let me know what's happening I'd appreciate that. Ok , I’ve ordered from these on about 12 occasions in the last 3 years no matter what they change to. Every single time the order is on time an correct. Do thing bad in any way and nothing fake. I suppose they get bombarded with complete scammers and clown who leave rubbish feedback because they can’t get a free service. This is a business and over the 12 or so orders I’ve done , I’ve probably ordered along 30 lines of products yet not one has been an issue.

Please note, the recent bad reviews saying that the site is a scam is NOT about the actual site - it's about a fake site with the same name. I've used the real guys for years, and I've never had an issue

Update: I didn’t receive my usual really late item dispatched tracking number email? And it’s Friday, So I really hope it gets here today or I’m gonna have to wait the weekend. Update: totally my fault, I messed up with my bank accounts. Will update wen I receive my package on Monday. Yay!! Still 4 days away so Arrrrgggh!!!
