Another order placed great communication as always recieved confirmation soon after payment. Awaiting tracking information which usually arrives in early hours of morning. Those asking for link either contact them via WhatsApp or click on old email confirmation for customer services.

Was just scammed after maybe 14-15 successful orders...luckily it was before I spent loads so I lost £61, no idea why they sent me 200 codeine instead of benzos, BEWARE (order 75542)

Supply fake products and when you contact them about it, they don’t care and just block you.
Keep your money away from these scammers!!!!

I have been using UK Pro Meds for many months now and never had any problem. The service is always reliable, products are genuine and the customer service is good.

Some new and existing customers have complained in previous reviews about being asked for proof of ID, and suggested this could be some kind of scam or identity theft attempt. It's not at all. From time to time, the company will ask customers to prove their ID before they will accept orders. This is quite normal occasionally.What usually triggers an ID check request is something changing on your account, ie telephone number, address, or e-mail addres. The company is simply carrying out due diligence security checks to make sure you're the account holder still and due to the sensitive nature of goods being sold. So do not panic or be concerned if the company does ask to see ID.

I just went through an ID check after changing my telephone number and then was able to place orders again after doing that.

Ordered on Tuesday, paid by bank transfer around 11am and my order arrived the very next day. Great service from a trustworthy reliable company that offers very competitive prices compared to other vendors.

P.S. Do not be tempted to order off any of the Wickr spammers who post fake reviews promoting their Wickr ID offering to sell meds. These are nearly always scammers. They will take your Bitcoins or money and send you nothing.

What a load of nonsense these negative reviews are…these guys are a shining beacon in a world of scammers and unreliable vendors..they should be winning awards were it not for the slightly dubious world in which they operate… they never fail to deliver-agreed they’ve been a little bit slack recently, no doubt due to overwhelming order levels, but that means they deliver in 2 days rather than 1… Amazon could learn from them for gods sake! I remember relying on another known vendor (before i stumbled across these guys) and you were lucky to get your order in 10 days

Yes they are on the expensive side, for my preferred product anyway, but this is basic economics, if people will pay the prices then that’s what they should charge. - the only major concern is that one day they’ll go the way of so many others, i suspect a lot of people will be in trouble if they do…

Seems this is the guy who used to run MST and we all know what he did and still probably does on there. Avoid. He builds things up then exit scams in different ways. Will scam you and has fake stuff.

Now in the hands of criminals. Nothing for sale. They ask for copy passport and driving licence. Together with your bank details they have your ID.

I tried to order for the first time today. I'm now being asked to send proof of identity. They want passport or driving licence details sent to them. NO WAY I'm sending them these

They recently changed hands, and now have no medication for sale, and are just using the site to harvest personal information for the purpose of fraud and identity theft. I know you may be desperate, but please do not give your passport or driver's license or any personal details to these people. You'll be out of pocket, and disappointed, and withdrawing on top!

I’ve been using UPM for months now and have placed a lot of orders. I’ve never had any issues with deliveries and I trust them 100%. C is awesome. Genuine products at great prices. Won’t order from anywhere else. Try not to panic about not receiving tracking emails etc as I haven’t on a few of my orders but they’ve always arrived next day or the day after :-) they’re extremely busy especially due to Christmas, New Years and all the bank holidays we’ve had. You won’t be let down. They truly are a great company! Thanks for a great service as always!

I use Trustpilot all the time when checking out companies as it can be really difficult to know who to trust, what their service is like, and so on. I very rarely write reviews however, but I have to make an exception for these guys as they are simply in a class of their own. If your looking for top quality branded products, great prices, guaranteed next day delivery and a very simple ordering process then I highly recommend them. Great setup. Ordered yesterday morning, received today. I had to go through an explicit identity verification process that may seem dodgy to some people, but it's perfectly safe and you have nothing to worry about.

Definitely be using these guys again.

PS - please use a bit of common sense and stop mentioning Royal mail distribution centres, order numbers, locations and names of people you converse with on WhatsApp - it's absolutely moronic, brain dead idiocy. Don't ruin it for everyone else you simpletons.
