Need a marquee, tent or Gazebo? Then these are the people to go to. British company selling quality products at a good price. I bought a 6m x 12m Marquee and its brilliant. Great quality, well built and just perfect for what we needed and they do spares parts and accessories!!! But what really sets these guys apart is their customer service. I have since bought storage bags, ground rails and most recently carpet ready for more family events this summer. In doing so I was helped by Abby in their parts department and Amanda in Sales. Both super helpful and knowledgeable. This company is a pleasure to deal with; you just cant go wrong.

I was very pleased with the way in which Abby dealt with my concerns and queries following delivery delays. She was quick to respond and deal with my concerns including giving me complimentary tent bags. We all make mistakes but it is how the mistakes are dealt with afterwards that makes a big difference.

Purchased a gazebo from uk tents, very good quality. Glad I listened to their advice and took it down during the recent bad weather, my neighbours’ ended up half way down the street! If you are going to look after them and use them for the purpose they are designed then they are a great structure! Would definitely purchase again. Thank you.

Had some parts missing and broken form a marquee filled in the parts form and Abby was swift to sort out my issue and get me my replacement parts as soon as possible, really appreciated it and wanted to say that the customer service was amazing!

Spoke to Daniel who was super helpful, what a great service. I didn't buy anything as due to high winds my gazebo took off, and i needed something that day. They are closed on Saturday but the gentlemen on the office number advised he could sort something if i needed it. Great to see companies going the extra mile.

Purchase a gazebo from uk tents, very good customer service and i also needed a spare part for the gazebo and they was straight on the case, the gazebo was a great purchase.

I purchased a 3x3m Pop Up Gazebo Classic with sides and I was really pleased with it. It was easy to put up and felt very sturdy. Unfortunately the gazebo got damaged during an unexpected storm (the wind was so bad that I would not reasonably expect any gazebo to go undamaged). However, this was no problem as UK Tents supply all the spare parts which enabled me to fully repair it! I was so happy that I didn't have to buy a whole new gazebo, this service is a game changer!

We bought a 6x12 marquee for my husbands 50th birthday and also all the lining and flooring too. It was exactly what we needed, great quality and easy to assemble, didn't take too long at all. Since then we have used it for 6 other occasions! Abby was very helpful and great to deal with. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend and I would buy again!

So happy with the experience I’ve had with UK Tents. I threw my sister a bridal shower and with a last minute change in location, was desperate for a marquee as our only option. The company were so quick to respond, and even gave us a discount as they knew how stressed we were about the situation. The tent was delivered right on time, and packed up the next day. We hired a pop up gazebo today for our event and we couldn’t be happier with the service and the marquee itself! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating to our needs.

The marquee was absolutely beautiful, spacious and easy to set up. The quality was top-notch.

Unfortunately after using the marquee 3 times the connecting part for the poles started to fall apart. There seemed to be a number of issues related to the welding of these as happened to more than one piece as cracks started to show. Despite emailing the company within 2 months of purchase, they were not interested in replacing these parts despite us spending around £8,000. This was most disappointing and leaves us having to seek the legal route to recover. Poor customer service and quality overall.
