Good service, minor setbacks
We picked up UK Visa Portal when we needed something better. had a couple of issues wiht photo formats which confused me at first. And I didn't figure it out until reaching out for help. Applying for the UK ETA was pretty straightforward. Then customer support responded pretty quick and got me back on track. Overall, smooth sailing after that! Still finding new things about it.

The site was easy to navigate. The only suggestion I have is to provide a list up-front as to what will be needed. For example, it would have been smoother if I had already taken a picture of myself and my husband, as well as pictures of our passports.

Straightforward but a bit clunk
Tried UK Visa Portal around 6 months back. the application was mostly straightforward. Reaching out to support worked well, they guided me right away when things weren't going through. I had some back and forth with photo uploads due to size issues which wasted time. Just annoying it wasn't easier straight off the bat! We compared a few options before settling on this.

The biggest scam ever! Paid 114 UK pounds for something that only costs 20 pounds through Gov Uk. And I didn't even receive the ETA or any correspondence from them! Stay well away from them, at least I will be extra vigilant in the future
