Quick, efficient, and good quality carpet mat

Order was lost.
Took nearly a month to receive my order
Colour description ' light grey ' is actually graphite.
Very disappointed

I purchased full set of seat covers which cost me £225 and the straps came off. They are only single stitched. I emailed the company on numerous occasions with photos and all I get back is pretty much nothing so I recommend you not to buy off this company. Very poor product and very poor customer service when there is problems and issues by somewhere else.

Ordered a set of classic mats in April 2024. By August 2025 the drivers side had worn through. Emailed the company twice but no response. Beware!

The mats arrived on time and looks good. They would be even better if they had a heel pad, then it would be 5*
Have to wait to see how they wear.

Have sent multiple emails and contact us forms about my incorrect order. No one has replied. Paid £200 for caravan mats that don’t have the correct holes cut. Totally useless, now trying to claim via my bank. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Good description of mats and arrived in excellent time

I ordered car seat covers, i paid extra for the back seat add on. Instead I received two packages two front seat covers, both in different colours, without back seat covers. I emailed them explained what happened, confirmed I did pay for add on. I also mentioned, one of the packages must of been ordered by mistake, how do I return the package? There was no label to print.
I have never recieved an answer, it just seems I go round in circles. I am really angry about it, as I have paid £318 altogether. I just wanted car seat covers for my car. I cannot drive around with two front seat covers without a back seat cover. I have kept all emails I have sent, and what was sent back. Not to quick to answer either.
I have sent another email, as there is no phone number to contact them, I have asked for head office address or number, I am just so annoyed by the lack of response by this so called company I just wanted to resove the matter, unfortunately this company or what ever it is does not like to deal with complaints, but ok taking our money.

Grey mats better than black ones from Honda. But not aware that they are supplied without 4 clips - which cost £30 from Honda. The rubber boot mat is ok except that it has no cut outs to access the two restraining loops.

Very good service, great quality mats!

Mats did not fit and they just made excuses,would not order ever again ,had to alter to make them fit which at the price paid should not have been the case,stay well clear

It might be a 26 year old campervan but the tailored mats were a perfect fit (you'd almost think they were made for it !)

Came within a wk. have used this company twice now for old car [peugeot]and more recently honda crv.matts fit perfect and are good quality. Would highly recommend 👌

The carpets fitted but were of a dissapointingly poor quality material considering they were the more expensive quality option and price point. Although they were sold as only two pieces the quality factor was made worse by the fact that the front carpet has actually got three parts and the original carpet ius of a different level of quality.

I was unable to see an actual image of how my car mats would look. Once received, I realised the personalisation is just similar to personalised strips my children had on some of their sports kits at school. I literally could have ordered the name from them and sewn it onto the carpets myself. I was really disappointed. I thought the name was going to be woven into the carpet of the mat in a really cool way - not just be a small strip of material machine sewn on.

This is the second time I have bought mats for a used BMW 5 series and they are brilliant. Good quality with different colour around edge to match colour of car. Exact fit for model I have.

Ordered product over a month ago. I’ve sent a note to them over a week ago and no response. Terrible customer service.

This company do not have a telephone number on their website and it took several emails before I got any kind of response about our order. They said it had been sent out but that it couldn't be delivered, which is odd as we both work from home. We cancelled our order and went elsewhere. They really need to work on customer service and responding quickly to emails.-
