Disappointed customer…

I placed an order 08/09/2021 and it was despatched by Parcel Force the following day, I paid also for the delivery. I have never received this order as the delivery company returned it to sender as it was damaged, Since then I have continually tried to contact Ultimate Drinks via email, their contact form and telephone where there are no replies. The parcel was signed for by MS Eva therefore there is proof that they received it. I have received no refund or re-send of order without further cost to myself.I am now considering taking the matter further as it is impossible to get a response from these people and yet they despatched the original order took full payment and received back the damaged parcel so why am I unable to get a reply or speak to them on the phone.

Delivery and customer service

Placed an order a week ago and chose express delivery and it still has not even been dispatched. Emailed them 3 times and called a couple times, no response, ridiculous how a company can run like this. Strongly recommend to shop elsewhere. £180 spent and this the service you get, terrible

If I could score a zero I would

If I could score a zero I would. After placing an order 9 days ago now I haven't received my order or a dispatched order. I ordered some drinks on the same day from another company and I've received that delivery last Saturday. I have tried numerous of times to contact this company by email and telephone to only receive and email stating they are short staffed. Stop taking orders then!!!! Happily to take my £120 but can't answer the phone or email to update me on my order.
I've ordered these drinks for my daughters 18th which is in 2 days time. I don't really have another £120+ to spend on these drinks I've already ordered

Some of my ordered drinks were missing

Some of my ordered drinks were missing. I tried to call but no answer so sent an e-mail. I did get a reply from Sara who said she was going to check with Parcelforce.
I have not heard anything since. Tried calling again today...no answer so e-mailed again.
Hoping to find out where my missing bottles are, before blocking the payment with Amercian Express.

Poor customer service, poor delivery!!!

Paid for express delivery to receive in 2-3 days it wasn't dispatched until a week later, I paid for express delivery as it was a gift. I emailed twice to get an update and didn't hear anything back and tried to call for an update and voicemail was full. Then emailed to say as my order hasnt been dispatched and it is past my friends birthday please cancel the order and refund this email was ignored and the delivery turned up about 10 days later! Poor customer service, poor delivery and poor communication.

Still not received my order - 21 days later

I still haven’t received my order that I placed on 25-Aug, which is now 21 days later. As with the other reviews, I have emailed and phoned but not had any response. I also went to the Covent Garden shop address that is stated on their website but there did not appear to be a shop in that area, just an office block. Extremely disappointed as these were wedding gifts for my parents. I’m also questioning the credibility of the positive reviews on this site as this is not the experience I have encountered, which is seemingly the same for many other people.

Is it really going to take a MONTH for me to receive an order I paid fast delivery for :/, this has to be the worst customer service I have ever received. No reply to my emails or calls. At this rate I just want my money back from this excuse of a business

Deserves a 0. I ordered on 31st August for standard delivery which is up to 7 working days and here we are on the 8th working day and no sign of my order or any dispatched information. Had no replies from either email or phone. Who knows when i will get it! Awful awful company

Wouldn’t even give these 1 star. Ordered on the 19th august paid extra for express delivery. Still no package. Tracking still shows it hasn’t been dispatched and no answer to emails or voicemails. Avoid!

I bought a bottle of Tattinger because the delivery date was for the 31st August. A present for a very important anniversary date. I paid express delivery of £5.99. I was not kept updated when it didn't arrived in time. It finally arrived on the 2 September 2021. No apology or any response was made to my enquiries. I won't use this company again
