Our Business has been working with Ultimate Finance for over 5 years, they offered us a facility when most lenders were unhelpful. In that 5 years we have grown from a £75k a month business to £150k a month business, the invoice financing has been a godsend in growing our business, and the support from our relationship manager Lesley Mouncher, and our credit controller Ella Lloyd has been central to this success. The product range offered by Ultimate was as good and in some cases better than the other banks we approached. They're very cost-competitive. Their team are superb, starting with the RD Richard who was great during the evaluation and take-on process. Going forward once contracted, our Relationship Manager Michelle has been excellent - very responsive, pragmatic, patient and looks for solutions not problems. Her deputy Ahmed is a joy to interact with, he is so positive and again is very responsive. This is an elite and open minded outfit who are aiming for and delivering a level of service beyond what the sector has traditionally been able to offer.

we thought we would give another glowing reference the ultimate finance we was with them before for about four years or so may be more. We had a break for nearly 2 years. This was because of a contract which helped our cash flow and it made sense to leave factoring As it was not cost-effective. Now that the contract has been completed We have now gone back It was great when we called Lesley Mouncher he said when we left, just give us a quick full and we will put everything back as it was we could not believe it. We made the phone call within a week, everything was back to exactly where we Left, So a big thank you to all the team and as always, Leslie has been great.
