Switched to Ultra from HBD and have been with them for 2+ years now. I am very happy with the packages on offer, and started with the cheapest and am now on one of the tank storage plans. I really love the service - support is prompt (tickets are answered within the hour, day or night), staff are incredibly helpful and the service runs seamlessly. I won't be going anywhere else, and when any of my friends ask for recommendations, Ultra is always first port of call.
