Delivery took nearly two months

Delivery took nearly two months, by which time my wife no longer needed them. The company promised a refund but, despite several reminders and more promises and apologies, nearly three months later I am still waiting.

EXPENSIVE - no UK returns - no after sales communication!

My mum has Parkinson’s and bought these out of desperation for her progressing incontinence. Unfortunately they are too small and I have been struggling to send them back as they have to be returned to China!
My mum spent £95 on these and I have sent numerous emails chasing details for the returns form but no reply.
Extremely disappointing and upsetting for my 80 year old mum.

Wonderful customer service

My experience was great in many ways. One, I was impatient waiting for the order, and customer service was terrific keeping me calm with explanations. I know the holiday shipping was difficult for them too, trying to keep customers happy. The representatives kept a sense of humor with me, and I felt as though they were friends doing their best for us all. My order arrived, and I am just thrilled with it.

No goods, No refund. Sept to January

The items ordered took so long to arrive that I cancelled the order. Ultradries promised a full refund in September 2025. It is now nearly the end of January 2026. Despite many extremely polite emails regretting the time taken to process this refund, I have neither the goods nor my promised refund of £110.30.

THESE PANTIES ARE WELL CONSTRUCTED, COME W EXTRA PADS SEEM TO BE THICK ENOUGH TO SOAK UP WELL. THEY MUST BE WASHED W COLD WATER, NO WASHER, DRYER. BUT IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN THEM IT WILL COST MORE TO SHIP THEM BACK THAN THE 20% REFUND THEY OFFER.

Gave up on pads

Spent years on pads. Uncomfortable sweaty horrible. These are like normal underwear but they actually protect you. 3 weeks wait was fine.

ZERO STARS, but I had to give 1 to write a review

SO many lies from the AI bots writing the customer service emails! It has been nearly a month--no product, no refund.
BTW: if you google earth their "corporate headquarters" in Wyoming, it is just a random house.

Ordered.
They took my $170 within seconds of course. Site said shipping would be 1 - 2 days. Told me I'd get tracking info then.

I emailed asking where my order was, since I never received tracking info.
AI bot responded to my email saying "Your order is included in our next shipping batch, which is currently being prepared. This is why the tracking has not yet updated to show movement. Once it leaves the warehouse, the tracking will update and I will send you the details." Also, "If you would still prefer to cancel instead, please let me know and I will take care of that for you right away. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and supported with whatever you decide."
I said I'd wait a few days.

"I know your order has taken longer than expected. I'm sorry about that. We've been completely overwhelmed this holiday season with orders, and our small team is working around the clock to catch up.
Your order is in our final preparation stage. You should have tracking soon."

"Your order is not missing or forgotten. Your order is included in our next shipping batch, which is currently being prepared for dispatch. This batch is moving through final processing, and once it ships, you will receive tracking details right away.
Ultradries are produced at our manufacturing facility and shipped directly from there. Due to very high demand over the holiday period, production and shipping schedules were pushed back, which is why the original timing did not go as expected. I completely understand how upsetting that feels, especially after you were told it would ship sooner."
I asked for a refund but received no response.

I asked again for a refund. Told them that I had reported them for fraud to my bank, & started form for reporting them to NYS AG for fraud. Which is true, BTW.

Got an email from Katherine, the founder of Ultradries.

"Good news. Your order is going out with our next batch this week. I'm personally making sure of it. And because you've waited longer than you should have, I'm upgrading you to our fast 5 day shipping at no extra cost.

I also asked our team to include a little gift in your package. Just a small thank you for being so patient with us."
(I had already been told TWICE that my order would ship 'this week' & with faster shipping for free)

I'm very happy with my Ultradries alot…

I'm very happy with my Ultradries alot better then the pads. They were smelly for one thing, chaffing uncomfortable and expensive.
The staff very helpful and found my package. We had a snowstorm from ..Lots of snow which held things up but got my package and all went well.

This company is corrupt

This company is corrupt. I cancelled my order prior to its dispatch last October but I have not yet recieved a refund.
Very polite emails from Laura!! with lots of excuses But no money. I've just kissed away £70. A total scam

Ordered beginning of December and right…

Ordered beginning of December and right away changed the order with no problems, was told all the way new years that the order was processed and should arrive soon, on January 2 I got in touch and canceled the entire order, tired of their robo emails and no delivery, got reply right away saying the order had been canceled and full refund is coming with 10 business days. If the order was processed in December how can you cancel it in January? It's now January 18th and no delivery or refund yet. Not happy will never order again. I feel like talking to someone about this, it was $135.00 order on a low fixed income. So disappointed

Product did not arrive & no refund

Product did not arrive. Customer service comes from 3rd party probably AI generated. If you look at other reviews the responses are all very "nice" but refunds are never received. I was told product came from Canada meanwhile it's from China.
I have waited 4 months for a refund and despute a very nice lady (AI robot) stating my refund has been prossessed no refund has ever been received. I think the positive reviews are scams. The negative reviews seem more accurate to me.
