The time taken for these to ship was incredibly long. I was fobbed off so many times (in the nicest way) with promises of next week, sorry been busy, scheduled for next week etc. This went on for over a month when I again emailed and said if they couldn’t provide a tracking number with proof that the item was on its way, please refund my money. This was promised on 4/1/26 and assured my order was cancelled and the refund would be in my account soon. Lo and behold, no refund (not surprised) but the product did arrive yesterday 15/1/26..6 weeks after ordering.
What a disappointment! Pants are very thick and bulky, wouldn’t be hidden by tighter clothes, leggings etc, not terribly effective and don’t mask odour like pads do. I consider my incontinence to be light, using 2 normal pads in a 24 hour period so don’t think these would suit many people. They are also very hot to wear in our Australian summer. Quite expensive which I wouldn’t mind if they worked. Half way through day 2 and I’ve gone back to normal and stored these away for…I don’t know when.
The only positive was this company do reply to emails. Not honestly, but they do reply.

Nearly six weeks to receive the product! But to be fair the company did keep me informed of its progress from China to the UK!

NEVER RECEIVED! SAID WAS DELIVERED! I WOULD LIKE REFUND.

Customer Service with Ultradries is great, I seemed to have lots of questions, they got back quickly with real answers.
The product itself, well WOW, finally no irritation, rawness, itchyness. All gone within the first few days of wearing.
I am hooked, great discovery for me.

Regarding my recent experience with Ultradries:
First and foremost, the customer service by Laura exceeded my expectations. She was truly concerned when I reported that my order did not arrive. She promptly and successfully contacted her shipping department and expedited my order and even doubled what I had ordered as a bonus for the delay.
When they arrived, my expectations were elevated again, as the quality and presentation were very pleasing.
The material is soft and thick and the padding is thick as well. They cover both front and back adequately, more than I had anticipated.
I have ordered others in the past and threw them away after 1 use. With Ultradries, I will be able to use them for a long time and will definitely reorder when necessary.
They have a lifetime customer now.
I also was impressed that bags are added to wash them.
I give this company a 10+ and could not be happier that my embarrassing leaking problem will now be controlled.
Life just became a lot brighter!

They were so very helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my order. Nothing seemed to be too much bother. They kept me up to date with my order and a replacement. So very kind and would recommend them as a very professional company.

Ordered for my mum who's 71. She was sceptical but now she won't stop talking about them. Took about 3 weeks to arrive but she's thrilled.

Received my order after a delay. Extremely happy with them. Going to order more inserts. They are comfortable on. The customer service is excellent and communication. Highly recommend Ultradries.

Total SCAM for sure as others have stated!

Wasted away hard working money on a low income! Asked for a refund and was hopeful but alas absolutely nothing given back!

I made a mistake in the size required when ordering - so take care with that. The order took over a month to arrive so I was worried about that and emailed to company to check. I was reassured by Laura in customer support that the order was being processed but delays had been due to outside circumstances. When the order arrived I discovered my mistake in the size and contacted the company again. I had a swift reply asking me to advise the correct size and these would be sent out asap and I did not have to return the unwanted goods. I cannot write too highly of the customer support from this company and especially Laura manages to combine professional help with a personal touch. I expect to find the goods to give the same standard and comfort when I get to try them!

Laura helped me track my order when I was panicking. She was patient and kind. Knickers arrived 2 days later and they're perfect.

Ordered two sets of 3 and size was wrong. Company was very fast answering my question on what to do next and offered to send a new set in size i choose.
They were extremely friendly with kind words and quick responses. The panties seam to be of great quality and I can’t wait to try them when my new size comes in.

Tried other brands before and they were scratchy rubbish. These are the real deal. Yes I waited 4 weeks but quality takes time I suppose.

On 3rd November I sent an e-mail regarding an order that had been paid for but not delivered, this order was for over £100.00. A refund was promised & here we are 14 e-mails later still waiting for my refund. This is a deplorable situation & I advise all to be cautious if you choose to use them. Finally 3months later, my refund has arrived.

Got mine today after about 3 weeks. Put them on straight away - the cotton is so soft and gentle. Really impressed.

Being able to get the changes done so, quickly, and hoping that I might get that larger package of pads at that sale price, because when I was doing order in beginning, I don’t think I added to my order. My bladder is so bad, that I do need the extra pads.

Package took longer than expected but the team kept me updated. Katherine even sent me a personal email. That's rare these days. Product is great too.

My order was two months coming and when I got it the pants were a small and I need a 4X so Laura helped me reorder the right size at no extra cost to me and assured me they would be here in about 10 days. I am so looking forward to using these pants and If I find they are working well I will tell all my friends about them.

Delighted with the pants and the customer service is great too
