easy to order and the lightsabers are great

This is our (my son Jackie and I) 3rd ultra saber. We've always purchased them at ECCC and the sabers are the best. Staff is always helpful and friendly. If Ultra Sabers had a physical store I would probably go broke.

Fast shipping and great product at great price, only downside was - said saber tubes would all be glued in but of the 75 I bought - only half of them were gluded in!

They were willing to work with us so that we could get a saber with sound. They accepted a return of the saber that we initially purchased that had no sound and gave us refund in store credit. We did not know we were buying one without sound. We made another purchase of one with sound and our son absolutely loves it now.

The light saber did not work as it should. I reached out to customer service and they had me send it back (they did not offer to cover the shipping) but it is very disappointing that a brand new product did not work.

Hands down the worst lightsaber I've ever purchased. Oversized to the point of being unwieldly, missing the tip of the blade, the light for the saber didn't even light up half the blade. Unlike every other lightsaber company which has a built in charge pack, it has a dangling 3A pack which rattles around the massive handle making an annoying clattering. It wasn't even ringed right so the handle doesn't tighten meaning you can feel it trying to fall apart while using it. Sound is extra and you only get one colour. And to add salt to the wound, despite having free shipping, I got a out of no where 47$ shipping fee just to get it into canada.
Save your money and buy from anyone else. I've gotten better quality from a 50$ amazon saber

I just got my anakin Skywalker saber and it doesn’t even work brand new in box. EDIT; now they will only cover $25 to send it back to them to fix and refuse a refund for my BROKEN product, never buy from this company

Their custom Aeon hilt came unable to change color. Had send it back to refit/repair and upgrade. Worked for awhile, not long enough to duel. Sound chip started scratching/skipping and affecting the lights. Followed the troubleshooting process. Broke a solder joint because it was too fragile to handle removing the battery.
The wiring is shit.
The soldering is shit.
Having to send it back and forth until it works is shit.
They promise a product they don't understand how they can deliver. No third party can their mistakes either. That's how bad they are.
It might as well say Tesla on the side.

20% restocking fee and you have to pay for your own return shipping. That’s absolutely ridiculous nowadays.

Placed an order and immediately requested a cancelation over email a minute later. Was informed after a few emails insisting I just buy a different saber and then let them know what I bought to have them fix it that I couldn't cancel without over a 50 dollar restocking fee for an item they never took off the shelf. Terrible customer service from Brent. Never again.
