Ordered a iPhone 13 Pro Max case and it is fabulous. Really thin and light but fits great on my phone. Far superior to the Apple silicon case that I had been using. Fast delivery and great customer service.

The product was of excellent quality, as described on the website. It fits my needs, and I love it so far. However, I am ordering from the U.S., which is shipped from the UK. Shipment took a couple of weeks to arrive. It's a minor inconvenience but customers should know if they need it sooner rather than later.

ULX Store was handy to use, and the prices are good. Bought the Premium Black Desk Mat. It’s a decent mousepad. The two far sides are still a little curved after being unrolled but will hopefully flatten. It feels well, and fits my office. Can’t fault the looks and price. I hope it lasts well.

By far the best mouse pad/mat i've used

I've tried a bunch over the years but none had the quality or feel of the ULX mouse pad. It's a bit pricey but worth it. You really get what you pay for.

Ordered an iPhone 14 pro case as I liked the look of the minimalist profile. It took weeks, not days, to arrive.

The plastic is flimsy, very slippery and there’s no padding or protection on the inside so if I were to drop my phone I doubt it’d survive. I put a different case on after a couple of days as I just didn’t feel confident it would protect the phone.

Would give one star but I do like the overall look. It’s just a shame that everything else is sub par.

Delivery problem. Parcel stuck in customs, with charges corresponding to more than half the value of the product! Parcel sent to a relay point at the other end of town instead of the delivery address given on the order.
Parcel refused and returned to sender. Contact made. Refund promised. More than 3 months later, I'm still waiting...

Good low profile case with camera protection

EDIT: 1 day later, dropped phone 2 feet onto carpet and the case cracked.

Incredibly light, slim and high quality phone case! Feels like you don’t use a case which I love and still provides the protection you need.

Thin case, very thin.
Poor quality, dropped my phone once and it cracked. Absolute waste of money.

Phone case became scratched immediately and took well over a month to arrive despite the promise of taking 1-3 business days for delivery. Terrible product!

Had some problems with shipping, where the package went on tour around the world, but that was a mistake from Royal Mail.

Eventually, the package made its way home, and I have been happy with the desk mat. It feels great, and it settled nicely after a couple of days. Crossing my fingers for it to last a couple of years, after going through a couple of neoprene mats from Amazon that disintegrate after a couple of months.

Great product, as it was seen in he web. The package arrived on time. Perfect!!!

I got what I ordered but very disappointing product, feels and looks like something you’d pay £1 for on market.

I recently bought the Super Thin iPhone Case. Fast delivery and really happy with the case.
It protects my iPhone, and you can barely feel it

It’s a shame you don’t have a 0 Stars option. I was sent the wrong cover for my iPhone 15Pro and then other than being asked for, and sending, my full address for a replacement, I heard nothing from ULX, despite several emails from me to them. PayPal found in my favour and refunded the cost. I won’t be buying from this company again.

Bad customer service - they really don't give a damn. Zero customer service. Worst experience ever!!!

I was very happy with my purchase my phone is looking cool and sleak

1. The delivery took three weeks, which is three times the estimated time.
2. I wrote to them several times, to no avail.
3. Once received the package (in France) I had to pay an extra 10€ on top of the 9,95€ shipping cost due to tax reasons (shouldn’t have had to pay that, the shipping already supposedly includes tax).
4. Finally the product itself (an iPhone case) is of really poor quality, you can feel the cheapness of it, it’s made of a low quality plastic.

NOT recommended at all.

Really nice mats. Makes my desk and office look a lot sleeker and allowed me to bin my old dusty mousepad! Nice price and quick shipping. Highly recommended!
