Blacked out watch

The website is easy to navigate and has a very nice design. The purchasing process was easy and there were no problems. The product however, could use a bit of improvement in terms of build quality.

I was incredibly pleased with the purchase.

Firstly, I followed the company’s products on Instagram for a very long time.

I contacted the company by email in advance and asked whether the goods would be delivered to my country, to which I received an answer.

Next, I very simply purchased my product through a convenient website.

My product was delivered on time.

I can say that this is the most concise and responsible company I have dealt with.

The products are as minimalistic as possible and I have never seen similar products!

I bought the Dopp Kit and the valet…

I bought the Dopp Kit and the valet Tray from ULX. I can honestly say that I have leveled up as a man. My bathroom is much more organized—no more junk next to the sink. The Dopp Lot looks professional with that clean, sleek, “you have your life together” look. As for the valet tray, it provides me with a sense of psychological comfort at night. Instead of looking at a messy night stand before I go to sleep, I look at a beautiful valet tray with all my essentials on-hand.

I plan on buying more from ULX since the price point is great for the quality—very hard to find elsewhere! I 100% recommend since it has become such a huge staple in my life.

Found the perfect sling bag!

Purchased a sling bag from ULX after seeing it in YouTube videos online. Thoroughly impressed with both the quality and design and have used it many times, both for everyday commute and travel abroad. Would recommend and one of the only bags I’ve been able to find that are both compact and not over sized.

Very pleased

I'm delighted with the quality of the bag I purchased and now use it every day.
Ordering was very easy, and I was kept fully informed of the progress of my order

Bad response times, dishonest expected stock/ delivery times, orders unfulfilled

The bags look really nice, but I wouldn't know as still haven't received anything.
In fairness, the items I ordered were showing as out of stock, however I was monitoring the estimated in stock time for a few weeks before purchase. The times are never updated, and have always shown 2-3 weeks. After 2 weeks monitoring, I decided to order my items and its now been a month and still not received anything.
I spoke to customer service, which required 3 emails to be sent before they responded to me, telling me they would have more stock within 2 weeks. Has now been over 2 weeks since they said that and I have not received any updates.
Worst of all, I can see that they have one of the items supposedly back in stock on their website, and have been advertising that its back in stock on twitter - though they are still not dispatching my order nor sending me an update.
I think the customer service response time is terrible, they need to update their timings on their website and be more honest with customers about when orders will be received.
I won't be ordering from ULX store again.

Stopped responding after shipping issue and has not issued a refund

I placed an order (#25563) on 6 March 2023 and it was never delivered because it was stuck due to issues with Royal Mail (which is totally understandable). They asked if I wanted them to try again or receive a refund. Responses were very slow (1-2 weeks in between responses) but I was hopeful they would come with a solution.

I asked them to send it again but haven't heard from them since. I sent 4 emails since then and eventually asked for a refund since I wasn't hearing anything and it was over 3 months since I placed the order. Since 9 May 2023 I have not received any response from them. I even reached out on social media and i'm still being ignored.

Very disappointed since I used to be a fan of your content on IG / YT.

Update; eventually received a refund after writing this review. I'm not changing my rating as i've received notification that "ulxstore.com has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience." to save their avg review score...
