Fast shipping, desk mat is perfect.

Ordered the black valet tray and was very pleasantly surprised at the build quality and aesthetic this tray achieved. Product came in well secured packaging and shipped fast! Highly recommend.

I love the design of the backpack. Perfectly like what I really want from a backpack; great design, and enough compartments for my needs. Highly recommend this for those who are looking for a cool backpack!

Shipping took forever. But I’m beyond happy with the quality

I love the product, it is the right size for keeping both a canon r5 mirrorless and an iPad mini along with some other EDC tools. I wanted this review out there because people might think you can use it only for pocket cameras. A camera body with a 70-200mm lens would easily get into this bag, My only issue was with product delivery. As an international order it would take months to get delivered so plan accordingly and order in advance if you need to gift this to someone.

The shipment was longer than intended to. The smell of the leather bag is not great, overall great purchase

I think the products are just great. The only issue was the terribly long (several months) waiting time to receive them. But I believe this was the problem of Royal mail, not the brand itself.

I ordered the Classic Leather Backpack on the 28th of January.
I then waited about a month before receiving a confirmation that my order was shipped (24th of February).

Then I waited about another month before finally receiving my order (27th of march).

However, it's not really ULX's fault. Apparently, there has been a hacking incident at Royal Mail, so that's the reason for the long delivery time.

The quality of the bag is quite good. It's not real leather, but I already knew that, since it's stated in the product description (it's vegan/plastic leather). I wouldn't say that it feels like leather, it doesn't smell like leather either, but it's fine. I do think it's quite expensive for a bag that's not even made of real leather. I also had to pay import taxes, which made it even more expensive...

But overall, I'm happy with my purchase :)

Taking a month to confirm my order and then another 2 months to get my things delivered is a way too long. On top, having to pay import tax, almost 1/3 of the product cost made me decide not to order anything anymore at ULX Store. It is unclear that the products are shipped from UK, so unclear if import tax needs to be paid. Not to mention the strong plastic smell of the desk mat.

Bag looked great, but after a couple of uses started to fall apart. Poor Poor quality. Very disappointing

The team at ULX and Oliur were really awesome in the handling of the purchase I made. The quality was really great and it came in super clutch for my New Zealand trip I recently did!

I am very happy with the quality and it matches my desk environment.
The packaging is also very nice.

Worst after sales service, it's hard to be more dishonest than this company when it comes to fulfilling their responsibilities as a seller. To begin with, the package was sent the day after a follow-up email made after 10 days of waiting, as if by chance. Great not to have your Christmas present in time. But the worst is yet to come: when the package is announced as delivered to the mailbox and is in fact stolen, and more over obviously is way too big to even fit inside, and when I ask the company to see this with the carrier and reimburse me or send me a new package, something to which it is bound by law, they refuse all responsibility and entirely discard themselves. This company is an absolute scam, to be absolutely avoided.

Took a few weeks before order was shipped. Contacted seller prior to it shipping to cancel order, was immediately shipped the next day. Would have rather had the order canceled. Product is nice quality.

Fast delivery, safe packaging, easy tracking and quality product!

I purchased a Crossbody Pack Bag from ULX and I not only received compliments on it but also was able to utilize it on a long trip going around New York City. The design and quality control for the product was great and I would definitely purchase something else from the catalog in the future. There was also even free shipping to the US!

Bought a case for my phone and received after a week and a half (shipped to Italy) which is really fast imo.

Item was sent to the wrong address. The value ULX stated on the customs forms is significantly less than what I paid for the item, so either they’re lying on documents, or marking up their products 700%.

The bag has a horrible fishy smell. I’ve had the item for over a month now and this smell is still just as strong as the day I bought it.

The bag itself is fine but the straps are very thin and definitely don’t feel premium. I am afraid of putting anything too heavy into the bag out of fear that the straps will snap.

Throughout the course of my order, I contacted their support multiple times, and have either been ignored or have had my questions dodged.

I posted a similar review on their website, but they only show those with 5 stars
