I ordered 4 Time flies chairs with BLACK chair legs but received chairs with BRASS chair legs. I sent claim note immediately after received chairs but no response for several days. Umage: please check order #16395 and respond ASAP.
Otherwise chairs we nice but chair legs we wrong.

After several days I got answer from Umage and they sent me black chair legs. I also could send back those wrong brass legs at the same time.
Everything went smoothly at the end.
I am happy now with my nice chairs.

My parcel wasn't delivered and impossible to get in touch with somebody. No answer to my emails .
They even had the courage to send me an email to give them a review.

I've ordered a lamp, it had arrived within a few days. Nice and safe packing, no damages, the lamp is very nice and looks exactly how I had expected based on the photos and the description. I've got a discount code for the next purchase, will definitely use it!

My Paff stool from Umage arrived quicker than I had expected. The packaging was superb. I assembled the piece in minutes. The quality and appearance is second to none. It is elegant but extremely sturdy. The Paff stool brings me joy every time I look at it. I will have no hesitation in ordering from Umage again. A company that takes pride in what they do.

Ordered new leaves for a 6 yo Carmina. So happy that the lamp and parts are still available!!! Great communication and tracking once the product shipped. Happy day.

I like the form of the chairs I've ordered and I'd order more, however I cannot use the ones I received because of missing parts. Waited for several weeks for them to arrive from the day of payment, and I still have to buy a chair from a different place to sit on as these are not usable. Contacted customer support, no reply. Disappointing experience.
UPDATE: after multiple emails and the review, I was sent and received the missing parts just recently, first days of August. On paper, this design probably looks better than it was during the assembly. Customer are let down by the engineering side of this design: Time Flies chair construction could use some quality control in production and probably design. Bolts should be at least 5 mm longer and not crooked. It's a mistake that chairs are sold on discount, they shouldn't be sold at all. One chair is still unassembled as two engineers couldn't finish it.

The Faraday hanging lamp fits very well into our interior.

I love the lamp that I ordered. I especially chose UMAGE because they source the lamp feathers ethically. Apart from that the delivery and post order support was great too :)

Wonderful experience with Umage. Three lamps were sent within a couple of days from Denmark to Italy. Beautiful packaging, great products. For the assembly of the lamps be sure to calmly follow the YouTube tutorial.

Terrible customer Service! I placed an order (mirror with a small cabinet) on 22 May and had nothing since (no info and no purchased good)! I wrote emails and tried to contact you via Chat. Email is obviously dead end, so I can't even cancel the order. The Lady in chat replied that she will get back to me with the info, but she just disappeared as well and didn't reply anymore!

Immediately after this review they contacted me per email saying that they supposedly wrote to me. Which is untrue! They also delete my Chat conversation! And in the end just canceld the order themselves (although the message says that this is my request) 🤦‍♀️

I need to justify that this is not my first time buying staff from Umage, and it was good before. But now this is unacceptably bad experience

Product „Treasure 3 doors“ looks great. Assembly was easy, not 40 minutes as indicated, more like 2 hours for 1 person. Good instruction manual.
Shipping took 6 working days from Denmark to Switzerland, a bit more than stated on website, and we were only informed by carrier when he was already outside the house, so nobody was there.
update: changed to 3 stars as I now received an invoice from the carrier for more than 100 CHF for duties and tax. Totally unexpected, nothing was announced onsite when I ordered. Overall bad communication.

Fabulous shopping experience. Fantastic website. Received my products in 3 days from Denmark to Netherlands. Packaging is insane. Looks like luxury products. Love all about Umage design and product quality. Will order two more lamps Acorn today. They look fab in my bedroom. Thanks team Umage keep creating.
