Order from October 9th still not sent
My order from the 9th of October has still not been sent from the company. I have reached out three different times to hear when it will be sent or if I can cancel my order, but I have not had any response.
I would be more understanding if I had heard from the company that shipping would be longer than normal or if it was delayed because of the shipping company, but it is frustrating to hear nothing, not have a confirmation that it is being sent, not have my order & be asked to review the product on trustpilot.

No response to emails- no costumer service
I am really very disappointed because the customer service is terrible. For the return, you need to ask them to send you the label, as it is not included in the package. I received an initial response to arrange a pickup without sending the label, but then I received no further response. Customer service has completely disappeared. After 14 days and many emails with no answer, I still haven't managed to make the return as I have never received the return label. Very bad experience; I am still waiting for them to send me the label...and be refunded. It is not professional at all, and it is the worst online experience I have ever had.

Unsatisfaying quality/no respose to email
I have ordered the Step It Up - really nice design, but the quality of the material/processing is unsatisfying. The step stool has to be assembled. The wholes for the screws were full of paint, so no chance to screw in two screws. Finally one screw got broken. No response to my email (sent October 8th, 24) until today. Very disapointing.

Mirror received completely broken, no client service assistance.
I ordered a mirror with a wooden shelf on UMAGE website. The courier delivered a damaged package, with broken adesive tape. Inside the box both the mirror and the wooden shelf were damaged.
I contacted Umage client service the previous 10 days, in all possible and different ways and I still have not received any answer.
One of the worst experience I have ever had shopping online.

Audacious Desk
Audacious Desk. Beautiful, well-constructed, sturdy desk. However, marking down for 2 reasons, one because depth measurement is not 60cm it is 54cm. Second reason, self-construction went very well until I got to the metal brackets for the sliding doors. Ridiculously small nails in a tight space, can't screw the nails in without getting especially small screwdriver and someone with small hands. Even at that incredibly difficult because the pre-drilled holes are too shallow so hard to keep screw straight enough. Also instructions for installing top metal bracket very unclear.

Simply bad customer service
Simply bad customer service. I have mailed them five times over the course of a year to buy a small plastic replacement hanger for the Vita Cannonball. The two times they have answered - the replies have been
1. That the product is not in stock at the moment - no "we'll get back to you" or "we'll ship you a spare part as soon as they arrive". No info about when they can be expected to arrive. Which is fine i suppose, the customer can email them again at a later point.
2. After four emails they replied for the second time. A reply that had no relevance to my question. They instead told me that the lamp is now in stock again. With a link to buy the lamp from their homepage.
A simple "no, we are not going to help you" would have saved me the time to keep emailing them.
