I made the mistake of measuring old school inches and came up fractional to wide and it was recessed lucky I did take out the insurance and boy was it worth it, no problem new size fits beautifully and the quality is 100% thank you

I am a first time customer to this business and I can honestly say im so disappointed with how my experience went with them, so I ordered 3 blinds from them and when I received my order parts were missing witch stopped me from fitting 2 out of 3 of them when I contacted the customer service I phoned and emailed them aswell with pictures of what exactly was missing some times they didnt even bother to respond or keep me updated at all then I eventually received my missing parts just to be let down again with being sent everything that I didn't even need and still could not fit my new blinds so had to contact them again with all the same problems and they always sed they would give me tracking details but never did! And eventually I received the parts that were missing, never again will I be using this company very disappointed and very unhelpful to there customer
