It took a car accident for my first phone mount to break. I had bought one a few years ago when i first got my car and it felt brand new the whole time. It’s relatively cheap for what you get, and i bought the same one again since the quality is that amazing.

I have had 2 ‘Unbreakable’ charging cables - both have just stopped working . Unhelpful customer service - just a line reply - sorry out if warranty . It was a replacement for the original order and was only just used recently . Won’t waste my money again

Bought the “Universal Waterproof Phone Pouch – 2 Pack” to bring on holiday. Shipped quickly and kept our phones dry but I had purchased these specifically to take underwater photos so I was a bit disappointed. The latch mechanism at the top works well for preventing water damage but it was fidgety to use. I found it difficult to manoeuvre while on a boat or standing in the sea when it was rougher out, and I couldn’t seem to get all the air out of the case, which meant that I couldn’t use my phone’s touch screen even while outside the water. The images came out very clear above water but as soon as I put the phone underwater, everything became blurry and out of focus. I added a star though because the pouch did come in handy when we were going into the water and didn’t have anywhere to store our car keys.

I think this would be great for some people, for example a family with kids that just wants to keep sand and water off their phones during a normal trip to the beach, but I wouldn’t use it if you’re trying to capture relatively OK quality underwater photos.

My shipment has not arrived for more than a month now, the help center was not helpful at all to me.

packaging and product was undamaged . delivery was prompt. screens are as described. the frame that encompasses the phone screen to assist with installing the screen protector makes for an easy application. keep it up ‘unbreakcable’!

I thought that my order was in good time, but the car mount took 6 days to arrive, after we had left.

Оccasionally there is a problem with charging power.Especially from USB-A slot,where once charging slow,once charging fast.I marked this for slow when charge 1 device,and change to fast charge when charge second device.
