Completely upsetting customer service. I ordered my tights 3 WEEKS AGO and they still have not been sent out. The initial tracking said it was delivered and when I told them I never got it they told me that the website tracking”might be a couple days off” so they gave me my UPS tracking number, and that says that my items have not even left the warehouse!! I’ve tried to contact them three times and still no response. They already took my money so nothing can be done. I won’t ever buy from them again. Even if the tights are good, this kind of customer service is NOT worth it.

Your package was in Canada when you last contacted us and the UPS tracking was not up to date at that time since they had not yet received your package. When the UPS tracking does not show any information, it only means that UPS has not yet received your package.
When your package has been shipped from our Warehouse, you then received a confirmation email.
We apologize for this misunderstanding, we have forwarded the information to our customer service so that next time they explain the situation with more clarity.
After checking, you were delivered in early March.

Don't buy these!
First off, it took over a month to arrive to my house (shipping boasted 5-7 days). When I finally received the pantyhose they looked nothing like the images shown on the website - plus, they were absurdly short (I'm 5'7 for reference) - they wouldn't even come up past my hips and the gusset wouldn't go past my mid-thigh! And from the moment I had put them on they got a hole/run in them. Contacted customer service and they said they could only offer a $5 refund. For a company that claims to stand by their product this was an insult. DO NOT BUY THESE - IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

Our customer service has offered you a 5$ rebate on your pair of tights because the guarantee was no longer valid. We are very sorry but our policy must be respected.

They are unbreakable.
Tried them on after the 14-day window after receiving them, they had a poor fit and tore at the seems. Was offered $5 since it was after the 14day window, used size chart and the item that I received was almost for a petite or short cut. I’m 5’5 and size 12 it just did not fit right. Sucks!

They are Definitely Super Strong
They are Definitely Super Strong! We have a Parrot and the claws did not hurt the stockings at all. If you are a woman over 6' they are too short in the croch area. Hope they come out with a size for tall women. Other than that they are worth the money. Very comfortable and well made.

Don’t do it!
Definitely shady - DO NOT ORDER! Made my order 4 weeks ago, kept receiving emails that it’s been delivered and so did the tracker. When i messaged them, they said they usually deliver mostly to the US but the UAE takes more time. Why would a tracker say delivered when it clearly isn’t? Save your money on this one. Id rather break 5 tights than lose my money to scammers.

I'm about 5ft 5in tall and weigh about 140. These were a little snug to get on. An in between size would be great. I love the feel though. But its a good thing they don't rip easily. ugh!!!

Snagged day 1
I purchased 3 pairs of these tights, and day 1 of wearing the first pair, the toe snagged. I've worn one other pair thus far and managed to keep them intact, so I feel it's possible the seam at the toe of one was weak/mis-sewn to begin with? Either way, disappointing

Great product questionable…
Great product questionable communication.
I ordered two pairs of tights and received them within a reasonable time frame. The tights are definitely pretty sturdy. I was pretty rough putting them on just to see if I could because I've ripped a lot of tights trying to put them on too quickly. They are really tightly woven and they haven't snagged or anything yet. I think they're really good tights just a bit more opaque than I would normally wear. For the level of strength though I think it's worth it.
That all being said I do know a lot of people who also ordered and had difficulty getting shipping updates or had it show as delivered when it was not and did not get responses from customer service. They may need to hire more customer service agents or use a different service because the product is great but unreliability makes it less appealing to order or recommend.

Amazing Tights!
First off, they had a killer deal and I got my tights in a timely manner (especially in the times we are in). I had an issue with one of my tights, which was a bummer. However I emailed the company and Chloe was so kind and quickly responded. She has sent me a replacement repair and apologized for the manufacturing defect. These tights are thick but still give you a sheer look. I also love that the toes are reinforced and my toes didn't rip them! I am so happy that I found this company and I will definitely be saving money and I know that my purchases with UNBRK are well worth it!
