I had a great experience with Uncover Creations. The time from order to delivery was incredibly short given it was an international order, especially since I didn't shell out for expedited shipping and it's likely the product was created after I placed my order. (Since I ordered a mystery item, it would also make sense if they sent something on hand. That's totally fair.) The quality of my order was also incredibly good, and I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

The emails are also incredibly charming.

LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE the range of products they have and the amout thats customizable, plus the deal that came with spending over €60 was what really persuaded me. They gave me constant updates on my order and the status of it (since there was a bit of backlog at the time) but my order arrived within its time frame

I got a grinder with the silky smooth upgrade, but unfortunately the smell made me very nauseous. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one (with no upgrade) free of charge! Beyond grateful and they were very understanding about my situation.

The customer service is incredible, there was small mistake in my order and they were so quick and helpful to fix it. Also the toy quality is excellent and worth having them shipped overseas! The silicone is silky soft and the pours are absolutely beautiful. I will absolutely be purchasing more from this brand in the future and recommending them every chance I get.

I was recommended this brand a few days ago and I’m already in love! My toys arrived incredibly quickly and the colour combinations are just gorgeous, I already want to buy more!
