Despite being in the US, my black friday order came faster than things within the US I ordered at the same time.

The products are amazing quality and the service couldn't be better. You can tell this company is run by people who care. I do wish most of their products were bigger, as they cap out at what a lot of sites consider medium. The ones I did order however are exceptional and I couldn't be happier with them.

The quality of the product is made very well! The XL size is a definitely big but definitely great!

Great communication and updates on my order plus all products came in a timely manner and packaged very nicely! The product quality is also great, you can tell care was taken into making it and making sure they are of high quality!! Would absolutely order again :)

This company unlike all the other sex toy companies that I’ve seen has soul and lovely people to go along with it it also has a amazing mix of fantasy but also a few realistic toys an amazing amount of customisation with size, colour, and even how hard or soft you want your toy to be so I would recommend this company by far the most out of all others

This is my first purchase from Uncover Creations but ive been really impressed by every part of the transaction. The website is well organized, the items got to me quickly and are high quality, and even the emails from the company are friendly funny and not annoying. Highly recommend.

The product I ordered was well made and absolutely gorgeous, shipping was incredibly fast for a made-to-order product, and the checkout process was super quick + easy. Their Black Friday discount stacked with coupon codes, which was a very nice surprise compared to so many other places, and I appreciated the ability to add an order note! Care instructions and a cute promotional freebie being included in the packaging was appreciated as well. Lovely company and I'll happily buy from them again in the future!

Amazing service and quick delivery times.

Uncover Creations is now my favorite toy brand. I completely fell in love with the Maw and their Werewolf Bullet sleeve. Their silicone feels good and not grippy when i use the werewolf toy. The extra smooth silicone that was used for my grinder is a massive upgrade compared to any other toys i’ve used. I got the Silver Bullet to use in both toys and its mind blowing how much it adds to your experience. I can’t recommend Uncover Creations enough!

Customer service was super kind for beginner that had questions and seemed to be very accommodating for the mystery gift to not be realistic human one. They always got back in reasonable time and always encouraged to reach out if any questions arise.

I bought a plug which came with a free mystery item and they are both fantastic, every item has comprehensive sizing information so no surprises when you get it. The feel of the products is amazing, the most difficult thing is choosing what to buy but you can opt for mystery toys and leave the designing up to UC. My items came in a colour scheme I wouldn’t typically choose but they look fantastic none the less

Sadly I haven’t received my order yet. As it’s stood at customs. Something not exactly stated on the page is that u still have to pay the customs and taxes on top if you order to Germany. Pretty sure the items won’t be the worth the money. Paid 313 €for the items; 58 for delivery and 99€ on top. Do not order from Germany if you aren’t willing to 50% on top.

I love this company! Their materials are so high quality and they've always got deals going on. Plus their colour selections are top notch.

I placed my first order with Uncover Creations recently, and found the whole experience to be great. The website was straight forward to navigate, and the product customization was a breeze since each option had an explanation, and links to give additional information on the materials, colours, products, etc etc.
I adore the products themselves, and am a big fan of the free ‘samplers’ that were included! The packaging itself was discreet on the outside, and simplistic but sleek on the inside.

Upon placing a second order, I encountered an issue regarding a promo code and contacted customer support to clear it up, to which they responded quickly and were super helpful and professional.

Seriously awesome all around.
