My medical advocate, Heidi Forkner has helped me so much as I am disabled. I don't know what I would do without or now. With what I've learned, life surveys gotten easy, but I couldn't do it without her.

I rate the company high due to my 1st advocate who was on top of things with me before she was replaced and this other advocate didn't seem to know what she was really doing and the most annoying part was the smoke alarm low battery going off in the background was just so loud and her insiuating that l was having issues when she was the one who was sending me the email without the form or the link attached and insisting she sent it, it was just an unprofessional way to deal with someone who you are supposed to be helping so hopefully the next advocate will be better than the previous one.

I don't have enough space to describe what a blessing UNDERSTOOD CARE has been for me. My advocate, Heidi quickly and respectfully developed a relationship with me that I was able to trust her with my life. She helped me through a dark and frightening situation. She gave me options from her huge directory of resources I didn't know were available to me. She believed in me at time when I couldn't believe in myself and with her constant encouragement and support I'm at a much happier, healthier place today. She was sent from above to be my personal angel.

I was very fortunate to have Talisha Williams as my advocate. She was extremely professional knowledgeable and kind. She went above and beyond so many times this past month it would be hard to pick just one. She was punctual and made herself available until tasks were completed. Most of all she was wonderful to talk with, giving great advice, kind suggestions and words of comfort during an already stressful time, she made me feel important.

Yvette has been very good at exploring my options and keeping me informed of her findings. She is always polite and pleasant when we talk.

Talisha is my amazing advocate. I didn’t realize I needed one until I was blessed with her. She has jumped in with both feet and arms to do an amazing job helping me. And never does a call go by that she doesn’t offer help in areas I hadn’t even thought of. She is so helpful and I am beyond appreciative. I couldn’t ask for a more professional, helpful, and kind advocate than Talisha.

Jennifer is such a big help she does her best to help. She always takes the time out to text me and see how I'm doing and if it's anything she can do for me.And I Appreciate her so much. She's truly One In A Million. I Love that she's my advocate.

Mia is so helpful with all my needs. She asks complete questions in order to help me completely. She stays on the phone making calls with me to make sure I get the information I need and all of my questions answered.Her concern for me is above and beyond I feel. Her professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend her as anyone's advocate.

He has been very helpful made me feel like he cares what happens to me. Always there when I need to talk to him to give information too. Very easy to understand. Listens to me help learn things when it comes to remembering things. I got a notepad and keep with things that he suggested
