Well I must say, Brianna is the best person I EVER had to help me. She has gone beyond the call of her job. She is the sweetest and most dependable person. I trust her with all my information. I have recommend her to so many people. Please make her a manager. She loves and has a heart for elderly. That’s something we can’t find today. She understands that one day she will get old. And she’s doing what God says treat others like you want to be treated. I will always pray for her and her success. Please honor her.

Amanda is fantastic. My medical is very complex. It's difficult to find someone that understands and is willing to learn about Adrenal Insufficiency, HPA, HPO, HPT. She is very dedicated and has not given up and she is like me, we don't give up. We both have more to learn and there is a lot with Adrenal Insufficiency/polyendocrine/polyglandular. She is very resourceful and goes above and beyond. She came very close to having a very large lab change their protocols on the appropriate handling of ACTH. That level of determination is admirable. I can delegate anything to her and she is on it. She is a great team player and has the same goals for my health as I do. Thank you Understood Care for Amanda. We will get me moved to where they are medically equipped and trained to handle my medical, find all the specialists and resources needed to not only afford but to help and get me back to being healthy again as we navigate, learn and also pinpoint additional things going on to address with specialists. Amanda truly cares about the health and welfare of her patients and there are a lot of doctors and nurses that could learn a lot from Amanda. She has been with me for 7-8 months now and has taken the time to learn and do more than a previous advocate had done. I can also trust her with access to my mychart also. She's available on weekends too in the event of Adrenal Crises. It is a big relief to have Amanda and involved in so much of my care and more. Amanda is one of a kind and truly an asset to Understood Care. She has a great deal of potential.

My understood care advocate is Areizo and she is great she works real hard and is loyal to her clients

She is kind and Understanding. She is very empathetic towards me. She is working hard to help me. She is doing an awesome job. She shows me respect and not treat me like she is doing me a favor by helping me. I really can not give a date because she has helped me and continues to do so since day 1

My experience with Ms Monnae has been a pleasurable one. She has an outstanding attitude and has gone above and beyond to try and help me. I thank God for being fortunate enough to have her being the person chosen to assist me.

Love my advocate Arielle she's helpful, and caring, this company was recommended to me and although I'm still waiting for some things to happen they have definitely eased a lot of my stress, and I'm praying that before it's over all my needs will be met.

I have a very good patient advocate who has been absolutely amazing she cares and it shows, her name is Amanda Ledwich CMA lead patient advocate she calls me regularly to check on how I’m doing she keeps me updated she got me from sleeping in my care to living at an independent living home. She deserves all the praise and a raise.

Avery ana has really helped me with phone calls to dr to numotion etc she goes outta her way to make sure im.being treated. Correct snd having all my.needs met i really appreciate het help

Marlene is Awesome !!! I'm so happy with her. She's helping me and my daughters get some much needed clothes. I've struggled with how to get clothes and feed us for several years. Marlene is easy to talk to and really listens . I wish I knew of this service sooner. God Bless her.
